I’m never one to give a bad review, but I did not have a good experience at the tire center here.
They routed me to a call center and had no appointments available, so they told me to walk in at 8am Saturday when I was off and I did. I was the first in line and I go over the fact that I called multiple times to ensure my tires that I purchased at the end of April were under warranty (not even 7 month old tires) and the people on the phone stated they were. The worker said “give me your keys” and just walked away, comes back and asked me where my car was, but I wasn’t even told he was going out to look at my car. I asked him if he was meeting me outside where he asked me to park and he said yes, I stood there for 5-10 minutes and no one came. I come back in and he had me stand in line again, I patiently watched him help 5-6 other people and I get up to the counter and I’m told “see what kind of problems you caused?” I’m assuming this was sarcastic humor, but he could’ve easily pardoned himself to help me ahead of the big line, he knew I was there and we made eye contact. I purchased 4 brand new tires at the end of this april and the employee could not figure out his system, he told me I bought tires in 2018 so they’re not under warranty and I did.. but also in 2024. Then he tells me my tires from april are not under warranty and starts plugging away at a computer for 40 minutes while I stand there patiently, he calls over multiple workers, his own manager was apparently working and did not want to come help, another manager came and didn’t know how, even the GM came and had no clue. He tells me 2016 tires were put on my 2017 car and that my car is not the model I said it was, but it is. I don’t know if he thinks I’m some stupid young girl, but I’ve been driving this car for 7 years, I know the model. I kept my mouth shut because it seemed like no one knew what was going on, the GM had to call someone and they told me it’ll be $80 for a new tire that they have to order. I don’t even know if this tire is for my model of vehicle because the worker insisted I had a different type of vehicle?? A family member called today for me because I work 8:30am-6:30pm Monday through Friday, they were supposed to call me when the tires came in and they didn’t. The worker told my family member I was in a rush, I stood there patiently not saying a word for over an hour and respectfully asked them to check my rims and that I would come back shortly after I got back from the gym because it’s right next door, don’t lie to my family to try to pardon your terrible service. We called another sam’s club and they said my tires are under warranty, never coming back to this one after this silly mess. They didn’t even know how to explain why it was $80...
Read more1/2 stars or less!!!!! Yes people in this store very very rude .... I'm not sure if the go through any training!!!!! I started believing they just pick up people off the streetand throw them in the store they have no manners and no respect they didn't know there is a lot of stores around the area beside them the consumers go to if they really want to !!!! This is what happen with me today I was shopping with my family for two items OK icy they have to check your receipt on the main door when you leave out.... but why they have to check it right after you leave the cashier .... so I checked out and that professional lady I'm suppose she saw me with these two items then when I Starwalk in she started waving with hair been to me like I work for her or I'm kind of a dumb person just waving the band not saying a word because she is busy talking to the other worker .....she could open her mouth and say something to me but no she choose to be disrespectful so she took the receipt and about circle on it what the Hells the circle mean and why does it need to be checked twice I was not very comfortable with that therefore I'm not going to be seen shopping there at all there is Cosco and other stores around the area call prescient the customers Antille the management of Sam's Club on 27th St. in Milwaukee or Franklin you need to take people complement or complains serious...
Read moreHorrible experience here! I bought a set of tires, and was told they'd be delivered within a week, turned out they weren't. By the time of my appointment they guaranteed they'd be delivered and they weren't! They offered me to order a different type so I did, and they didn't get delivered by the time of the appointment! That day, the manager told me I would be able to get free tire install as well as they had 4 of a different kind in stock and I could come first thing next morning and they'd install them! I came and they said they only had 3! This is beyond crazy and the customer service has not been very friendly! The manager then said I would not only get the installation free, but they would also give me a free tire, and now that I came to get it installed, a different manager said that even though I went through all the trouble of coming multiple times in a month and a half, that I still wouldn't be able to get any type of discount and that I would have to pay full price and schedule a new appointment if I wanted the service done. This is beyond unprofessional and ridiculous! You would expect a store to stick to their word and realize when they've troubled a customer, and make it right, but this store is wrecklessly treating customers like they're a game and most definitely making the customer seem as if they're just slow rather than the store...
