Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Franklin

Was given a large flavor of the day coffee as a thank you and thought it was delicious. Was told that large coffees all day and flavor of the day til 1pm were $1.00 so we decided to go get one today at around 12:45 and they had to go find out what the flavor of the day was then informed us that the flavor of the day was Caramelisious so we ordered 3 large ones. Pulled out of the parking lot and took a sip of one and tasted like just a VERY strong black coffee so we turned around and returned to the store because we thought they had given us the wrong coffee. We were told it was correct and to get the flavored coffee that we thought we were getting it would be an additional $22.95 We did not get the flavored coffe because there is NO coffee worth that price. Even after getting it home and trying to doctor it up it was barely drinkable. Also had a lot of coffee grounds throughout. One of the cups was for my daughter who is a heavy coffee drinker and she said it was aweful I have no plans...

We switched from Starbucks to Scooters about a year ago and it's been getting more and more disappointing. We always order our drinks through the app and every now and then we order at the drive thru. I ALWAYS ask for NO whipped cream on my order and eight or nine times out of ten visits they give me my order with whipped cream. Whipped cream is absolutely disgusting and I hate it. I don't want it touching my drink and I don't want it scooped off when they realize they messed my order up. I'm also fairly anti social and don't enjoy all the small talk they try to have with you at the window. Not everybody is comfortable with small talk while waiting for their order. Do better or it's time to start giving our money back...

My first time at Scooters was wonderful the girl who took my order was lovely and delightful however my second time not so much..I asked for a chocolate mocha with cinnamon and the lady goes “A mocha IS chocolate. Didn’t you know that?” Really rudely and I admit I did know that but I wasn’t really thinking and I said “oh yeah. Sorry my bad” and she says “yeah that’s why it’s called a CHOCOLATE MOCHA.” She then snorts and follows “so you want a MOCHA with cinnamon?” And has me repeat it. I won’t hold this against Scooter’s as my last visit was amazing and the coffee is great but I didn’t appreciate being spoken to like that. Thanks for the coffee Scooters but maybe keep a better eye on...
