I ordered some items from online, i didnt like the material some of the ahirts were made of so i was going to return in store. I took my items from MS to TX with me on a work trip to return while in TX because i never liked the way the LB ladies Tupelo treated people, it was torture to go in there. So while in TX i never got the chance to go so I brought the shirts back to MS abd tried to return at the store only to find out the Tupelo store was permanently closed. Well, poo. So I took the shirts with me as I was passing through Nashville this week and found this store very close to I65 for a quick detour. I walked into the neatly kept store and walked to the counter with my returns. The employee was straightening some hanging clothes and asked if she could help, I said I had a return. She came to the counter, she never asked if I wanted to look around or anything, but she had a chip on her shoulder and seemed very short. I gave her my packing slips and she told me I needed to give her another packing slip as 2 bras weren't on those orders. I pulled up my online order and showed her where the 2 bras went on which order, it's like she rolled her eyes and typed in the order number. She finished the return and walked away. I left saying to myself THIS is the exact behavior I received in the Tupelo store that made me NOT want to shop there and I got the same exact treatment in Nashville (Franklin). Grr!!! Of course I don't want to shop in store if this is how I'll be treated. How hard is it to just be nice. It was a Friday afternoon at 5pm, it was DEAD in the store, maybe 2 other ladies walking around. Store didn't close u til 7pm, so maybe the cashier just wanted to go home, or who knows, but I despise going into malls anymore, so the stores in the strips/shopping centerd with external entrances is what I seek out, hopefully this store can find a small smile for the next person who...
Read moreMy stepdaughter and I have been all over trying to get her fitted properly. She is 16, and as any teenager, wants to be comfortable in her own body! April was ABOVE and BEYOND amazing in assisting us getting my stepdaughter fit correctly, and overall just the sweetest person. She not only made her comfortable in trying on bras, but me as well. We were able to purchase 1 in Store and 3 online which we will soon be picking up. My stepdaughter kept telling me the whole ride home, how it was so nice to not actually be in pain while wearing a bra. This has been by far the best experience, and the other ladies were just as warm and helpful as well. THANK YOU so much April for being so awesome. In today's society, it's a struggle to find people who care and are patient, so we greatly appreciate your hard work and energy. We most assuredly will be regular customers. Oh, and the card was SUPER sweet, thank you.♡ ♡Mahalo to everyone at...
Read moreI have been eyeing a cute dress online at LB. The dress was not in stock in my size but it did show that my local area stores had some in stock. I call my local store and ask if they have the dress in my size in stock. The sales lady let out a little laugh. She then tells me we DONT carry sizes that large in our store. I asked is it possible another would have it? She does a little laugh again and says no. Once again she tells me our stores do not carry sizes that large. For a store that is geared for plus size women I find this insulting. It is also beyond insulting the way your sales lady handled...
