My family has eaten here several times...this location is convenient on the way back home...BEWARE...the service at this location is grossly inferior to the Spring Hill location...tonight is the last time I will come back to this location...we sat at the bar to watch the sports and eat our dinner. When we sat down we were not greeted as is typical in most establishments. After about 5 minutes Katrina took our drink order which was a water and a margarita. After sitting for about 5 or so more minutes I asked if we could get a menu. We were told she would get the menus later. More time passes and returns with chips and salsa but no menus. Menus arrive and mine was a lunch menu. I ask if we can order from the lunch menu at this time (5:30 ish) and the response is no. I asked for a dinner menu for my selection. Another person working the bar, I think her name was Lisa, took our order. Food arrived and was good as usual which is why we like Titos. Our check arrived and I paid with my credit card and a coupon which I had just received as a local fundraiser. Buy one entree and get one free. I present my card and the coupon to Katrina who looks over the coupon, sits my card on the counter by the register and heads out of the bar area. She returns later with what I assume is a manager to adjust our bill for the coupon. I then get the slip to sign only to see that the coupon was not applied properly. It was applied as half off of a second entree and not buy one get one free. The response to my inquiry is that the coupon was not a buy one get one free and has been properly applied. I asked to see the coupon so that I could see for myself in case I had misread the coupon. Lisa asked Katrina for the coupon and let her know what was going on. Katrina was emphatic that she had correctly adjusted the bill and since the coupon was only for one use, she could not give back the coupon. Lisa then located the manager, who had the coupon, read that the coupon was indeed a buy one get one free. Lisa let me know that the coupon had been misprinted but Titos was going to honor them. I then received the proper slip for payment and paid my bill.
This is not the way I had envisioned my evening at Tito's to have gone. But it did solidify the fact that I will not return to this location. There are many other choices to dine out. When I dine out I am expecting to go somewhere where they are happy that a customer is there and not burdened or put out. I should not have to walk on egg shells with the wait staff should I need something or want to...
Read moreDisappointing Service - Rushed and Unprofessional I recently dined at [Tito's Mexican Restaurant - Berry Farms Franklin ]and unfortunately, the service provided by our server "Jesus" was extremely disappointing. From the moment we sat down, it was evident that our server was more interested in rushing us through our meal than providing a pleasant dining experience. Firstly, our server seemed impatient and inattentive. He barely took the time to explain the menu or answer any questions we had. It felt as though they were just going through the motions, eager to move on to the next table. This lack of attention made us feel undervalued as customers. To make matters worse, our server's unprofessional behavior became apparent when they shamelessly asked for additional tips. It was completely inappropriate and left us feeling uncomfortable. Instead of focusing on improving their quality Furthermore, the server's constant hovering and rushing us to finish our meal was incredibly off-putting. We felt as though we were being pushed out the door, even though the restaurant was not particularly busy. This rushed atmosphere greatly diminished our overall dining experience and left us feeling dissatisfied. To add insult to injury, when we attempted to address our concerns with the manager, we were met with complete indifference. The manager showed no interest in listening to our grievances or rectifying the situation. Their lack of empathy and unhelpful attitude only served to further exacerbate our disappointment. Overall, the service we received at [ Tito's Mexican Restaurant - Berry Farms Franklin ] was nothing short of a disaster. The rushed and unprofessional behavior of our server, coupled with the unhelpful and indifferent attitude of the manager, left us feeling completely dissatisfied. It is clear that there is a severe lack of training and professionalism among the staff, and the management's failure to address these issues is...
Read moreThis places severely lacks customer service. My family and I went to eat there last night and we were told when we walked in that it would be a 15 minute wait. About 25 mins later I watched a group the same size as us walk in and immediately sit down. I asked the hostess why they got seated before us. Her first response, "they were here before you". After I told her I watched them get here 25 mins after us, she responded saying they had called and talk to Jose, who no one else seemed to know when I asked about him, and got placed in line before us. So, I made the statement that I was unaware they had call ahead seating. Her response was, "we don't". She was unapologetic about everything. She has no business being a hostess. The group knew someone that worked there which is why they were immediately seated. That is poor business practice. All customers should be treated the same.
After waiting for 35 mins we were seated, but it took another 5-10 mins for the waiter to come around. Once he took out drink order we waited 10 mins to get the drinks. The table beside us sat down 10 mins after we did and got their drinks first. They order 10 mins after we did and they got their food before us. Apparently, the table beside us was someone of importance judging by the manger reaction to them and services they received. Again, preferred treatment to other guest. I am not asking to be treated like royalty, but receiving very poor service and watching different group receive great service all because they were someone or knew someone is a terrible way to run a business. Especially, the restaurant business where more times than not the people you are serving...
