Never expected the customer service to ever be good at Wendy's but this is ridiculous.
My husband and I went on our lunch break from work yesterday. We had rude service before at this Wendy's but we still tried.
The girl at the 2nd window, opens it up and in just the nastiest way asks if we got one unsweet tea. My husband, who is so patient and kind, replies yes ma'am. She slams the window and turns away. We get our drinks and my husband takes a sip of his unsweet tea and is disgusted. So, I try mine (sweet tea) and it is absolutely sour, just disgusting. We ask the girl, who looked about 17, if she could make us a different drink like sprite because our drinks were sour. She sighs and gripes saying they just made a new one. As we watch her, she proceeded by throwing ice that was in our cup over her shoulder and onto the floor. Continually mumbling something while another employee is basically putting his fingers in a tea container by holding it.

I was the first of many in the 30min time frame to have my order taken when there was some confusion with orders as I watched many others receive their order before I received my own. I went to check on my order and discovered it was skipped or lost amongst the confusion of the cashiers who takes and hands out meal orders. I was then asked about what order I had by a cashier and the manager had overheard her and quickly resolved the issue without hesitation. To make matters better, the manager apologized for my 30min wait, refunded my money, and given the meal I order to me. I didn't expect this as I was good with just getting my order, but she did it without my request to do so. That is awesome customer service that has been long gone over the years! I recommend this location to anyone and won't give overall negative marks for confusion of cashiers because my meal was great, store is clean, and great customer service on the manager's part. Read moreUnbelievable lack of service. Pulled up to the speaker which was not lit up and waited for several minutes. Decided something must be wrong with it, so I pulled up to the first window. Couldn’t see anyone inside - wondered if they were open (at 5:45pm). Waited again for several minutes. Saw someone standing in the second window, so i pulled up. She opened the window and looked at me confused. I explained that I’d like to order, and she said “hang on,” shut the window and walked away. Several minutes later, another girl came to the window and i told her i would like to order. She said “I’ll do it for you this time but next time you have to wait at the speaker.” i explained that i had waited several minutes and thought it might be broken, and she didn’t respond. I gave her my order and she took my card. Was extremely rude. She handed me my food and motioned me on. I asked her for my drink and she said “did you SAY that????” and i told her yes, and she ran my card again, then handed me my drink and shut the window.
