Went to get ice cream with my daughter. I placed my order and the employee on the intercom repeated back to me but she was adding things that I didn’t asked for. So, I repeated that I wanted a child’s size cup of vanilla custard and one topping, and a small whitser with two toppings. When I drove to the window, I asked to scan the barcode for my customer reward. When I mentioned to her that I wanted to use my reward with this purchased, she said no, that I can’t until the next visit. So, I nicely told her that’s a bummer that I usually use it when I get all of my points. She said sorry but you can’t. Ok, no problem. When I got my order, it was not what I ordered. I was charged more than what it was supposed to be. I mentioned that to her. I received one scoop regular size cup and a mini whitser. She said in a soft mean voice, “I’m sorry that is not what you wanted.” She said, “do you want to speak with the manager then?” I said yes, I do. The manager was nice and I showed her what I was given. I also explained that this was not the first time we have had issues with our orders (which I realized that it was the same employee that previously has messed up our order). Then I made the manager aware that we go there often (we were there the night before without problems with our order). The manager took care of the issue. On our previous to last visit, we paid for a small size whitser and got a mini size whitser. When we complained, the same employee told us that it was the same amount of ice cream but since we didn’t get a lot of toppings it was placed in a mini cup. What?! That does’t make any sense. It is upsetting for this to keep happening. Especially during this time of inflation and people trying to support small business. We like their ice cream and hope this issue...

I wish I could rate you on that by itself, but unfortunately your staff was not friendly. We were not greeted as we came in and once we started to order, the young lady at the register had such a BLAND attitude. I would rather she fake a smile rather than no smile at ALL. Such a really nice clean place! The employees should work on their customer service skills. We absolutely love the frozen custard and I would rate it over five stars, but unfortunately the young ladies working that afternoon were not customer friendly, this is why I rated the visit with ONE STAR!!! Please address your employees customer service skills. At first I thought that it was my family that was experiencing the blandness, but I watched other customers being served, and the reaction was the same. I rarely eat sweets much less ice cream. I love mint ice cream. I ordered their grasshopper, mint ice cream in a cone and they served it in a cup. It wanted it served in a cone.
I said, I ordered it in a cone and they said “we can’t put it in a cone”. Bizarre.
Nonetheless, evidently you can’t put any ice cream in a cone here. They don’t tell you this, until you ordered it in a comb and received it in a cup and already paid. Whatever.
Anyhow, the grasshopper tastes very medicinal and isn’t good at all. I threw it away.
So, I had to order something else because I wanted an ice cream in a cone, and the butterscotch pecan was OK.
