Okay, but not happy with their drive thru service. It seems to be getting worse and worse. I've lived in Frederick for several years now and gone to that particular BK because it is closest to my house. But I have noticed a decline in service as in orders come back wrong and the attitude of the workers manning the window is irritated.
Recently, we showed up at 10:45pm to the drive thru and ordered a meal for my family. It wasn't that complicated however seemed that way due to the crew person's need to rush us through the order. We drove up to pay for it and receive our food. (I should have figured that there would be a problem because she had already forgotten a drink for one of the meals and wanted to question us about it when we asked.-We should have stayed long enough to go through the bag and double check-despite my feelings that they SHOULD REALLY STRIVE TO GET IT CORRECT!) We drove off with me looking through the bag and that's when I found that they missed items. This wasn't the worst of it. The problem was that when we returned (within 2 minutes!), drove through the drive-thru again, and up to the window. As soon as the car in front of us left, they IMMEDIATELY shut off the lights!!! My husband tried to tap on the glass and show them the receipt so they would understand that we were only trying to reclaim missing items, but they ignored us! Might I add that this was at 11:00pm and BK doesn't close until 12AM. All the cars were outside, the crew hadn't left, they were JUST IGNORING US AT THE WINDOW!
Yeh, that's soured my taste officially now for going to them. I'm not going to give sympathy, having worked in fast food myself, I don't see where it is so difficult to try and get a customer's order correct? Until, yeh, you're trying to...

We had a problem with the order being wrong. Not just one sandwich, all of them. I could understand one mess up, but not all. 5/4 sandwiches being incorrect. 125% fail rate. My suggestion is that you check all of your sandwiches beforehand before leaving. They weren't even apologetic until I checked the one replacement we asked for. It was such an inconvenience for them. Why did I check it? A food allergy. We caught it quick enough that it wasn't that bad.
If you have a food allergy, do not come here. My bet is they will mess it up.
Also, when waiting for my refund...yes two trips back. I watched a bag of food fall on the floor and have it promptly put back on the food...
