This is a perfect lunch spot. It’s right across from the courthouse, so most of the business comes from there. It’s right downtown so very walkable. It’s a father/daughter combo manning this small old time feel deli. It’s the type of deli you would see in a big city like New York. The daughter typically rings up the orders and the dad is cranking them out. They are QUICK. You can call ahead and place your order if you’re in a rush. But even if you show up and there’s a line, they are quick and efficient. I’ve never waited more than five minutes for my food. There are several tables to sit at. They have full coolers of ice cold drinks such as soda. A big selection of chips as well. They have home made fresh potato, chicken and shrimp salad. They use Boars Head meats which in my opinion are premium and exceptional products. They have a bunch of speciality sandwiches to choose from, or you can “build your own”.

Great slice of New York City right here in beautiful Downtown Frederick!!! Amazing sandwiches and even better slices of dessert!!! Great selection too!! If you have been missing a deli from up north well then take a drive, or a walk...haha.. to this spot and get your fill!!! A really cool vibe here too. Great location and never to busy. The Reubens are great and their fresh spin on a Cuban is worth a try!!! Don't miss your opportunity for a great time!!!

Bacon for Breakfast sucks! The croissant is warm and fluffy but the bacon is like the flat, circle, microwave bacon you find on a generic breakfast sandwich. For $5.49 and added $1.89 for the croissant, highly disappointed

Crabapples used to be my go to place for a great sandwich and today I brought a friend for lunch. I was amazed by the awful customer service. When my friend asked about whether there was milk in any of the bread that they use, the server briefly said that she was pretty sure it was in all of them. I asked if she'd mind checking the ingredients (since otherwise we couldn't buy a sandwich) and she snappily asked us to step aside so that she could serve other people! I don't think it's unreasonable to ask about allergens in a sandwich shop! Allergens can be life threatening and certainly should be available on request! An unpleasant experience. I will not be visiting Crabapples again, which is...

I was hoping to find THE hot pastrami sandwich that would compare favorably to ones from NJ and NY. The build your own sandwich option was how I ordered. The rye bread was barely average. The included pickle was not anything special, far from a deli pickle. The pastrami was hot but had no evidence of being placed on a griddle. The prices seemed a bit high for the quality but the portion size was appropriate. Not a bad place to eat if you are in the area, but I wouldn't go out of my way to eat there. They certainly have plenty of menu options though. The atmosphere inside was fun with a few tables by large windows that had a nice view of...
