Dunkin' — Restaurant in Frederick

I never leave review, but I had the worst experience at this location. I was there on Sunday morning to buy some donuts and was waiting for someone to help me choose the donuts, the Asian lady came and told me to place my order on the machine. The machine was not letting enter the right amount but she insisted that I need to do it in the machine and called someone to help me with that and left me to struggle with the machine while she called on the white lady behind me and started taking her orders. I was before the lady and wanted to place my order but she told me to do it in the machine and helped the white lady. Finally the guy came to help me with my order and since it didn’t work for him either he took me to the register and took my order from there. When I asked the Asian lady why she served the lady behind me when I was the one who was waiting first she said ‘you people, you can think whatever you want’ She didn’t even say sorry. I am so disappointed, the young man was very polite and apologized...

The coffee tasted as expected however as I was drinking about half way started tasting little crumbs which turned out to be coffee grounds. I have never had this in all years of having coffee from DD. The other problem this location they have not had plain glazed donuts last three visits. The simple plain donut all donuts start from and they don’t have any??? Stopped by before 9 am and was told they didn’t have any. Stopped by in the afternoon still don’t have any. Regardless of the time they never have glazed donuts. Now I am getting coffee grinds in my coffee. Think time go back SB or maybe just go Sheetz. Sad to say but always loved DD but this location falls short. This is new place too so think they would be up to speed. Tried to call the store about the grounds in my coffee and couldn’t get anyone on phone. What is left in photo is half of what was in my coffee the rest landed on my tongue took some effort get off and at work very uncomfortable situation have coffee grounds stuck on lips...

This location is very convenient to where we live. However some days are better than others. some days you’re waiting for a little bit in line, others not so long. I have to remind myself that we are in the middle of a pandemic, we have places that are understaffed, and people are over worked covering those shifts that are not filled….The people that are working there everyday are doing the best that they can in order to serve our community as adequately as possible, given the circumstances. The staff is always courteous to me and my kids when we stop in the mornings before work and school, always making sure to say hello, and have a great day! Although my coffee is not always absolutely correct, it’s drinkable, and nothing to complain over! Remember to be kind, everyone’s doing the best they can right now! I commend you guys for continuing to come to work everyday, and doing your best! Keep up the good work! Don’t let the negativity get you down! Our neighborhood is so Happy...
