Took the kids here last night after a nice dinner. We respect the mask mandate and wear them, but from the second we walked in the door the young girls were rude to us and obsessing about our masks since my sisters was a hair loose, but still covered her face and nose. Not one kind word or the slight indication of customer service when we were here. Again, had my mask on, took a taste of my wife’s ice cream to see if I wanted to buy it and was immediately scolded to pull my mask up... talking about a split second here. They literally were watching us as they scooped the ice cream and yelled at me while scooping so it was too much. I ended up just walking out without getting anything because I’m not here to debate proper mask wear, I just think people should be a little reasonable when your selling food so people can taste it for a second. Also, wouldn’t hurt to say how cute our kids were or interact like a human being with other people and be appreciative for our business. Please find new Sunday night girls that aren’t so paranoid with masks and can actually talk to people in a kind way. These ones were rude...

Came for ice cream and it was 7PM. Stood in line for 35 minutes to be told the line was closing at eight so everyone needed cash only. Ran to the car to get cash, inside to order. Told no cash only card… um not what you Just said but ok The ladies working tonight was clearly only worried about getting off at 8 o’clock. She was being rude to customers, she wasn’t acknowledging orders correctly, and even though the signs said you could get as many toppings as you want for extra .80 cents, She was yelling at people, and saying one option only. Try telling that too children who just stood for 40 minutes looking at a sign telling you all the toppings you can add… for .80 cents each… shake my head. Next time we’ll go stand. Jimmy cones...

Let me preface this by saying that as a teen, I worked at a Carvel Ice Cream store in NY. I was taught that customers are the life's blood of the business.

I didn't get that feeling here. I noted how it was more of an assembly line. In and out. Sort of impersonal. I mused when one of the reps lamented about the low amount of tips to my son. Not a surprise to me.

The ice cream is good at a fair price. The courtyard has seating though could use a few more trash cans where customers sit so they don't have to walk to the building. There might be more trash cans, though I didn't see them.

On the fence here. Not really recommending though not saying no. Just saying it can be an...

Absolutely delightful experience! The ice cream here is incredibly creamy, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. The variety of flavors is impressive, from classic vanilla and chocolate to creative seasonal options that keep things interesting. The staff was friendly, patient, and happy to offer samples, which made choosing even harder (in a good way!). The shop itself is clean, cozy, and has a welcoming vibe, perfect for families, dates, or just treating yourself. They got outdoor sitting and little bench to sit inside. My daughter and I really enjoyed our visit. Whether you’re into cones, cups, or sundaes, you really can’t go wrong here. Definitely a place worth coming back to!

The homemade waffle cones are delicious! I ordered a double scoop and the scoops were very generous. Service was good and the ice cream (I had cappuccino with almonds) was tasty. The seating area outside is really nice. Bonus points for the bear greeting is at the front door. The front door is unfortunately NOT wheelchair accessible.

Good location across the road from Frederick Coffee, short walk from Frederick Rly Stn and downtown creek. Nice private outdoor seating at the back along with few car parking spots. Large menu, but ran short on expectations after tasting the ice creams. Expected some unique flavors but very standard offerings and not great.
