Went in around 8:45am on a Sunday morning. First time. Bought 2 chocolate eclairs, two raspberry turnovers and 1 chocolate croissant. The eclairs were still frozen from them being thawed the night before (cream had ice crystals, the whole pastry was very cold and still thawing out) and lacked any flavor, the raspberry turnovers were just ok, and the croissant was as hard as a rock (like you could use it as a hammer type hard) - completely inedible. $22 for pastries that you could purchase at a grocery store for less and the same or better quality. I would be ashamed if I sold these to a customer. I get that fresh baked pastries expire rather quickly, but that isn’t a good enough reason to sell them to unknowing first timers. And if these eclairs are shop made (which I doubt), why would you freeze them!? Blimey, I feel like Gordon Ramsey in kitchen nightmares, just full of British disappointment. I haven’t tried their bread so maybe that’s what they are known for, but I would expect any legit bakery to bake all of their goods fresh everyday.

What I would call a rustic bakery. Somethings are awesome and others just OK. I like the beef empanadas. Pepperoni rolls not so much. Chocolate croissants are Ok. Breads are good with great variety. If you’re traveling on I70 it’s definitely worth a little detour.

Let me first say that the bakery makes delicious goodies, however the service is HORRIBLE. I’ve been coming for years, I’ve ordered special occasion cakes from them but lately every time I go, I was served by the same girl who has the worst attitude. She is always in a bad mood , very rude and she lacks any manoers. The other thing that is wrong with the bakery is that they don’t have prices on any of the products they sell and some of the cookies that I normally buy have doubled in price, I don’t know if it’s even legal to have a retail shop without price list. I also feel that that employee is making the prices depending on the customer. I ordered in the past very big German Black Forrest cake from them and when I went to pick it, they jacked up the price with $25, I didn’t want to make a scene and paid for it. Btw the cake was delicious . I always support local shops but the owners of the bakery have to pay attention to their employees if they care about good paying repeat customers. I am definitely not going there again if the same employee is behind the counter and prices...

Locally owned, small bakery serving up the best baked goods in the area. Check out the fresh baked breads (good selection) and look at the fresh pies and cakes. Of course there are plenty of small bites if you wish to treat yourself after a nice walk through the several small shops that surround this bakery. Cookies, pies, coffee... seating inside as well.

Service was fast and the lady was super friendly. Bread can be cut for you in the store. We bought a strawberry shortcake for a birthday and it was a-m-a-z-I-n-g!! I believe the word "perfect" was said about five times from the birthday girl while she ate her slice. Fresh strawberry slices between the layers, fluffy frosting that wasn't sweet or heavy and not from a can, moist delicious cake. Oh man that was delicious! We'll be returning customers for sure. The cake was $30 and well worth it for the quality and size we received.

Some seating inside. Parking around the side in a parking lot or on the side street. Plenty of shops to visit...
