I wasn't going to leave a bad review but after going today and making sure of the situation I am. Last week I came in this Starbucks and ordered my regular venti coffee. When I came to the window and paid the same amount I always do but was handed a small coffee I was confused and asked why. The barista who said her name was Kara said that she has misheard me, but instead of saying sorry she told me the only way she could fix it is if she refunded my payment and charged me again. And looked at me like "oh well" and like she was annoyed with me. Which at the end of the day would have cost me 15 dollars for one coffee (refunded payments take afew days to get back into your account) . Instead of just offering to make the coffee I ordered because as she said it was her mistake and good costumer service would call for that.. I also realized if she misheard me and rang in a smaller size wouldn't I have paid less than my normal Venti size? She then told me last week they had raised the prices on this specific coffee. ( mind you this is the viral tiktok coffee not a specific menu drink ) I ended up realizing at that time I didn't have the funds to pay that much for one coffee so I said it was fine and left. Upon going today I ordered my regular coffee again. I was charged the normal price and received the venti I usually do and asked if they had raised the prices because last week I got a much smaller coffee and paid the same amount. The worker assured me they haven't raised prices and that didn't make sense. So basically I had to pay double for a small coffee and the barista was not pleasent and wrong. Read moreGreat coffee and snacks but the service kills the entire experience. This place is so severely understaffed and the management has really gone down hill. The line is always wrapped around the building while the employees inside show absolutely no sense of urgency about getting people their coffee. Don't even bother putting money on your Starbucks card anymore thinking you can get around waiting by ordering ahead...nope!, because of covid you still have to wait on that same staff to hand you your coffee and trust again there is no sense of urgency even with that.
I've been to other Starbucks in the area none of which are ran quite as bad as this one.
Let's face it...they are not cooking the food it comes in prepared all they have to do is warm it up...and making coffee should not be that difficult or slow.
Chic fil A is right next door they always have a line...they have to cook their food and serve it and the sense of urgency is always there and the line keeps moving...all the time.
I literally waited in this particular Starbucks over 48mins to get a regular hot cup of coffee. Granted I had nothing to do that morning...but 48mins to get through a line for a regular cup of coffee.
Thank God Dunkin donuts is right across the street, granted the coffee is of a different caliber but at least you get...
Read moreIf I could give this Starbucks 0 stars I would. After vowing I’d never waste my money on their overpriced drinks again, silly me, I decided to give it another try (literally after years). After 25 minutes waiting in line for my $6 coffee it comes out stark white (ordered a mocha drink- they are brown). It’s pretty comparable to water. Thanks for the 25 minutes of my life I’ll never get back waiting in your terribly structured drive through line just to throw my coffee out. Love flushing my money down the drain.

When I’m in a drive through I’m not going to be “that guy” who makes everyone else’s 25 minute wait even longer because I’m demanding my drink be remade like a jerk. If I had a photo of the “mocha” Frappuccino I was given you'd probably ask your team if that was a joke. Fact is- this is a pretty standard drink for Starbucks with 0 customizations involved.
