When entering you are to pick up a tray and tong. There are several pre-packaged baked goods displayed for purchase.

Moving on in cases, a multitude of baked goods are available with many different flavors. Milk buns, kimchee filled bun, lemon, chocolate, bean paste, hot dog, and more. We bought quite a few different flavors and while they were good, they seemed to be filled with pre made fillings, which didn't meet my standards for high quality as advertised.

The Americano coffee, sans sugar, was very good. No bitterness, smooth, with just the right amount of milk. Served very hot.

Given that this is a chain bakery, don't expect exceptional products, but overall it was good.

I would consider going back if only for the coffee and kimchee buns. I do love my Korean and Japanese baked goods, but for croissants and pastry Bakehouse is better.

Wait time was reasonable. Only a few minutes. And it's a new establishment, people were being trained. Everyone was friendly and courteous. It's clean, but they need someone to come around and wipe tables. So be prepared to wipe crumbs and drink from the tabletop. We didn't visit the restrooms so I don't know how they are. Any questions I had about the baked goods, Andrew explained it to me. He had a crucial part in me purchasing the Strawberry Cloud cake 🍰…chefs kiss on that one. Such an opulent piece to my palate. Milk Cream bread was so soft, light, and decadent to my surprise, along with the smooth filing in the middle. I also purchased the strawberry croissant and strawberry tiramisu…I happen to (obvi)love strawberries. I did taste the strawberry tiramisu and it was outstanding, not too sweet or bland; the texture was a direct indulgent hit to the tastebuds and palette. Each bit made a masterpiece of flavor on my tongue..and yes it was that delicious.

Stop in here and you will experience some delicious flavors and outstanding customer service. There are different coffees, sodas, waters, and other drinks. I didn’t get any of that. We tried food on Saturday which was 2nd day of Grand opening, yes place was super packed with long line. We tried few options and we loved all and also tried their coffee which was good as well.

Service Since place was packed they were very quick but also helpful to customer with their needs. I ordered hot latte but cashier punched it wrong and got cold but I enjoyed the cold latte so all good.

Place Place is very well organized with sitting area and all the bakery item displayed nicely on one side. Ambience is totally worth the bakery and cafe look.

Overall good bakery on Route 40 and nice place to hangout with...
