My respond, in case you didn't receive it: Dear owner, I usually don't respond or argue on Google reviews, but I don't understand how my profile or origin (south point or north point) has anything to do with my experience at your store. My family and I visited your store over a week ago. We ordered three medium-sized ice creams, but the employee didn't ask if we wanted any mixins. When I requested mixins, she scooped some on top of the ice cream, but half of it fell on the counter. I asked her to mix it in, but she took the ice cream out of the cup, overmixed it, and put it back in the cup. The same happened with my son's order. When it was my wife's turn, I asked why they had a mixing stone if they weren't going to use it. We ended up eating our ice cream in the car with sticky cups since the ice cream melted after being taken in and out twice. I recently returned from a four-year deployment overseas. I started cleaning up my reviews because some of them are for places that no longer exist, such as Skrimp Shack and Steak 'n Shake. I apologize for bothering you, but I wasn't the only customer who noticed that your employees lack training....

I got a love it size create you own with Oreos, almonds, cookie dough, and whipped cream mixed in which came up to $10.75. I get home and could barely find a piece of Oreo cookie. I called and found out they only add one cookie per topping. I have gone to other Cold Stones for years and they always added two cookies. One cookie for all that ice cream? Come on now! Luckily, I had some cookies at home. The workers were nice. They're just doing what management tells them to do. Management needs to do better! Hello I visited Cold Stone today and everything was great until Dhuha came over and slid the small cup of chocolate ice cream with sprinkles over to me forcefully and then I asked her for a top for the ice cream and she basically threw it at me she did not put the top on the ice cream at all and I didn't mind doing it but she could at least hand it to me other than that the gentleman was very nice and the other lady that was there she spoke as soon as I came through the door and I also got a strawberry banana smoothie (like it) and that was great!
