I am absolutely appalled at the experience my family and I had on Monday, August 11th. From start to finish, it was one disaster after another. First of all, the food was completely unacceptable. My son ordered the Rosa, and it came out ice cold—absolutely inedible. My daughter’s butter noodles were so rubbery she could barely chew them. We tried to push through because we didn’t want to cause a scene, but we left the table feeling disappointed and let down. the bill was a whopping 80$. Unfortunately, that was only the beginning. As we were trying to salvage the evening, an all-out argument broke out between the so-called “big manager” and a young man, escalating into what was nearly a brawl—right there in the dining room! My family and I were one table away from this chaos, and I was in absolute shock at how the manager handled himself. His behavior was completely unprofessional, and to make matters worse, there was a strong, foul odor lingering whenever he was nearby. If that wasn’t enough, the AC was clearly malfunctioning, leaving my husband and me sweating and miserable. The only saving grace of the evening was the kindness of the wait staff, who did their best under such awful conditions. That being said, this was without question one of the most unpleasant dining experiences I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this location to anyone, and I can promise you my family will not...
Read moreI usually love Noodles and Co but this particular locations cooks must have been tired.
My noodles had so much oil in them. Way more then ever - turn the bowl to its side and nothing but oil coated the bottom. I didn’t want to be negative and me mean but the whole meal as a whole wasn’t doing it. I said something to the front counter and they were VERY nice about the situation and offered to make me a new one. Me, understanding how businesses are right now, declined and purchased a small bowl of noodles. Love supporting Noodles and Co so I had no problem with it. I planned to just put my chicken that I had on my previous mentioned meal onto the new noodles. This batch of noodles, while not as oily had such a chewy texture to them. I’m not sure if they were under or over cooked, but it just wasn’t working and made my stomach churn. I threw away 2 almost full bowls of noodles, and a side of extremely thick (literally turned upside down and it stuck) Mac and Cheese.
The 3 stars are only for the exceptional customer service. Everybody was very friendly as expected at a Noodles and Co. They are doing there part in providing an iconic experience; however, my poor food at this location left a sour taste in my mouth. Hope to give this location another shot sooner than later just for an...
Read moreThe Pesto is so unbelievably good! With or with out the chicken. Either choice of the chicken parm or grilled chicken makes it that much better. I had the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and the Ramen when I was not eating meat (don't ask) and was why I had the Pesto without chicken as well and I have to say when you take the meat out of these and they are still super good... That is saying something. I would recommend all of them. But after the Pesto I have not had anything else. I am sure there are more of their dishes I would love but for now it's Pesto Pesto and more Pesto for me. Maybe when that gets old I will start trying more. I don't think you can lose. The dish sizes are regular and large which is kinda strange not having a small. So if you ask for a small you get a regular and will be wondering if they made a mistake and gave you way more food for your money. All the food is made fresh when you order and you can get anything without meat if so desire (I have tried this and believe you will always be a better person with meat in your life) so that's good for who are pro choice. Great food. Big portions. Cheap prices. What more could you ask for? Maybe all that with less carbs? Yeah there's that. But...
