McDonald's — Restaurant in Fredericksburg

The drive thru was great. Took my order promptly and my payment at the first window was almost immediate. Was given the correct change. Then I arrived at the second window... This is where the trouble insued. Was ignored for almost 2 minutes. When I was first approached at the second window, I was asked to pull into a parking spot. I asked for a large water while I waited. The attendant told me there would be an up charge of $1.10. I paid with $2 in cash and said I wasn't worried about the change. About the time I was asking her which spot she would like me to pull into, she walked away to a register with my $2. I then was ignored again for almost 3 minutes. A different person came to the drive thru window and offered me food that wasn't mine. I explained to her that I was waiting to know which spot to pull into. She got upset and said "you are blocking the drive thru. It doesn't matter which spot you pull into". So I politely told her I would be in spot 2. At this point it seemed a little odd that at 11:30 on a Saturday I had to wait for a 20 piece nugget and a large fry, (of course my glass of water I asked and paid for as well). Sat in the parking spot for over 5 minutes. She finally came out with my food, and didn't bring my water. I told her it was no problem, and waited for her to go back in for it. Then I sat for another 5 minutes before going inside. At this point I am a little agitated. Proceeded to get ignored as I stood inside for another 3 minutes before I finally asked "Can I just get my large water so I can leave?" The same woman that brought me out my food handed a drink to a woman she had just taken an order from. Then proceeded to tell that woman that it wasn't sprite, and it was my water. She took it back from the other customer and handed it directly to me. Completely unsanitary in these trying times. I was so exasperated that I just threw it out on my way out the door. Finally got back on the road after 25 minutes, and headed home. I asked for buffalo sauce, and didn't even have any in my bag after paying for extra. It was the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonald's period. I will definitely never be going to this location ever again. I hope this experience isn't like anyone else's. I am so frustrated now that I am home that I am not even hungry anymore. I am just disgusted and upset that I wasted almost $20 on this horrible...

Although the staff is very friendly they are understaffed and do not have enough people working to keep things running smoothly. The food appears to be cooked hours ahead to make up for them being short staffed. I ordered 2 Mcgriddles at 6pm. Yes, I understand that it is a breakfast item however, this is an option they provide all day. After I paid I was informed that they were making me fresh sausages and could I please pull forward and wait. I Waited 13 minutes for the sausages on my McGriddle. I had no problem with this (and was happy to be getting fresh cooked sandwhiches however, the egg underneath the freshly cooked sausage must have been cooked 12 hours prior and the maple pancakes (Mc griddle) was hard as a rock. It was too much of a hassle to go back and complain and wait another 13-15 minutes for a fresh one. A total waste of $8 and my time. I find that this happens to a lot of my orders and often cheese is added when asked to be removed or regardless of ordering without certain items they come regardlesd. MY OPINION....NEVER LEAVE THE LOT WITHOUT DOUBLE CHECKING YOUR ORDER!!!!! They are doing their best especially when I see the same person woking the window, counter, and bagging meanwhile exchanging money. Way too much work for one employee to be managing by...

When I woke up this morning to an empty bed I was already over it. I soaked in the bath contemplating why life is so cruel and will take away from you any moment. After an hour of endless floating I decide that I was hungry, but I wasn't just hungry, I was Mchungry. I wanted something so delicious I would sell my first born child for this meal. So I logged onto my god sent door dash app and clicked on the beautiful Golden Arches logo and starters constructing my order. It had to be perfect, there were no room for mess up..not when I'm this Mchungry. When I submitted my order it was done with. Now it was the waiting game, every minute that went by I thought I was going to collapse from the horrible stomach pains of Mchunger. I could hear god call my name, begging me to come back home till I heard the door knock. My food had came, it was such perfect timing that a single tear dropped from my eye. I couldn't wait any longer, I ripped open the bag and the delicious smell of the Bacon Quarter Cheese with extra pickles, salt and onions with large fries surrounded me into a beautiful aroma of fast foods.
