PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE TO SELL. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THEY WILL OFFER YOU WAY BELOW ANY OTHER SHOP. I tried selling a collection of figures here last year. Whoever I talked to over the phone seemed nice and assured me that my long drive would not be in vain and that the person who assesses their purchases and deals would offer me FAIR prices. I drove well over an hour to this store on this reassurance. When I arrived all of the staff seemed fairly nice from my brief interactions with them. However, just like the other reviews stating their selling attempt experiences, the person who buys things for the shop is extremely rude and unfair. I gave my thoroughly researched total market price of everything in my lot, then what I was actually looking to sell it for (which was even less than 25%) and was immediately told "no". I tried to negotiate a bit and the buyer was firm on "no" with the most rude and absurd reasoning for how my popular items wouldn't sell. (Look at other reviews about the overly high prices, no wonder nothing sells.) The buyer wanted to offer me HALF of my already low asking price. After a few more failed attempts to reason I declined the ridiculous offer and left. I took my items to another shop and had a very smooth and FAIR negotiating and selling experience. (These items had also sold fairly quickly by the next time I went there, maybe because other shops actually have fair buying and selling practices.) If you are looking to sell here I urge you, please take your business elsewhere. They are just trying to pull a quick one on people who are unaware of the value of their product and/or what is fair to accept for selling to a business. I understand the need to make profit but offering such an insanely low amount and to see that this has happened to others is insanely greedy and slimy, especially after being reassured on the phone that the buyer would offer a fair price. Take your business elsewhere, I won't name any other shops but trust me, look online at other local shops, you can do better. Even if you desperately need the money, going here is not worth it, do your research, call around to other shops, they will offer you a much fairer price. I have researched market prices and sold to multiple other shops, none have ever been unfair and rude...

Funko Collector: Add 5 more stars please. 10/10. The reviews don’t do this place justice. And I repeat.. DO NOT DO THIS PLACE JUSTICE!! Me and my fiancé have started collecting funkos only months ago and have gone high and low to find ones we really want.We aren’t proud to say we have spent way more than we would like but what can we say..This is why I finally looked for places near us (and I don’t know why I didn’t do so sooner) that we can possibly find funkos and this was HEAVEN SENT! Our experience was by far fantastic! The employees were all very professional, nice, respectful, knowledgeable and because their stores had an abundance of selections , variants and pretty rare funkos, I literally went over board and tried to buy any funko my hand touched. Their pricing is beyond reasonable. They even price based on conditions of the funko, which me and my fiancé loved seeing. If you are starting a collection or trying to find a funko for your collection this should definitely be your first stop before anywhere else. Did I mention they have two stores full of amazing stuff? Yes, both their location are in the same complex, walking distance from each other, and their inventory is by far the best I’ve seen. I might add, we were also able to buy my mother in law some rare Barbies for her collection at an affordable price. To top this all off, my fiancé was able to buy the magic cards boosters he has been searching high and low for, again, at an affordable price. Make this your first stop if you are collecting. ‼️‼️Pop Collectors do NOT shop here ‼️‼️ They are price gouging pops by twice the value Especially in the condition they are in! In the instance I experienced they are charging twice the amount of a common pop with a damaged box. They also when confronted about price replied very bluntly and rudely. Places like this are the reason why collecting is seemed to be less fun and more disappointing. I recommend comic stores like They’re Actions Figures In Salisbury MD, and Dover De. Great customer service, great exclusive pops, and most importantly reasonable prices supporting the pop collecting community, and based off the reply the only reason I recommended other places was to encourage the collectors community I have no affiliation with these stores. Also I am not sure what market you guys are in but the price at your store does NOT reflect such especially if you are talking about the current value or at least around it, the employees were unable to specify to me otherwise. I also brought the damaged box to the attention of a worker and basically was ignored. I drove hours to check this place out and was highly disappointed. I would not have had a reason to leave a bad review if I would have received the great customer service that you stated you supposedly have.
