Experience is the best way to see what businesses offer. This McDonald's had 2 drive thru lanes compiled into one. Place has been renovated recently to keep up with the times. Now onto the important but truthful behind the scenes. Speed is less then slow. Staff that operates drive through or takes orders inside have the attitude that reflects that of a snake. Your not going to be important here. Food, well let's say McDonald's has been around for a long time, Supposidly fast food offered here, not the case. A employment for people no one else wants to hire, yes. Careless, i don't Wana do it attitude young people that really would rather text friends while u stand there and say, hello, can i order, then move. Now for the food. McDonald's has had the same food for ever, nothing has changed, the taste, the quality, but o yes....the size. Check out the size of a 1.89 cheeseburger, where is it. Oh there it is, half the size of the bun and as thick as a penny. Needless to say, if you want a good hamburger , wrong place, if you want attitude, this is it. I can't rate a 0 or i would but i can write it here. 0.4 out of a 5.0....pay no attention to the response in the review, designed to make it look like they care, they don't. Sad as it is, this is...
Read moreI hadn't noticed that I had arrived before they started lunch. I asked for a Southwest Chicken Salad. The woman at the drive though seemed very curt with her reply that they were not serving lunch. I attempted to ask her what time it was, and I received no reply. After asking three times, I said I would pull up then. I heard two women laughing as I began to pull up. When I pulled up, no one was at the window. A waited a couple minutes and drove around. By the time I was at the drive up window again, about a minute later it was actually lunch time. I noticed it was the same voice from the curt woman before. I once again tried to order the Southwest Chicken Salad. This mental midget tried to tell me they didn't have any salad. I drove up and asked to speak to the Manager and explained how rude and unprofessional her drive through employee was. I asked if they had the Southwest Chicken Salad, and she advised me that they indeed had it. I explained that this knucklehead lied to me about it. The manager made up some excuse about it just coming off the truck (there was no truck) and how the mental midget didn't know. She comped me the salad and I proceeded on my way.. They get an extra star because the manager handled the problem very...
Read moreI've not been to McDonald's post-COVID and pretty much years before that., so to my surprise, the burgers leaves me wondering.., "Where's the beef"!? I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and you might as well say I ordered a double cheese burger because the pattie was small in circumference with the thickness to match. Even the buns shrunk! To further add to my disappointment, the sweet tea was behind the counter along with the condiments and when I asked the manager to fill my cup with sweet tea and could i get some ketchup, she gave me un-sweet tea and four miniaturized packs of ketchup. Dayum, everything shrunk BUT the price. Lucky for me, I was in the parking lot wolfing down my disappointment when I realized the drink I requested was not what I ordered. I guess I can't be too disappointed, I got to walk off some of the unhealthy calories by treking back into the restaurant to right their wrong. But they had the last laugh., the sweet tea was NOTHING like the sweet tea they were known for back in the day. I'm not sure if they switched tea brands, are skimping on the tea by watering it down or their water has a weird taste, but I can honestly say, McDonald's surely won't be...
