Wendy's — Restaurant in Fredericksburg

I went to store with my kids on Friday around 9:15 pm and stood in front of register for few mins but store workers were gossiping while looking at me waiting. I end up waiting few mins and then one employe (white healthy guy with long hair) showed up with mop and bucket and rudely said, "we are closing in few minutes you can't dine in". Remember this is still around 9:30 pm and I am already in store waited long time to get attention and dine in close at 10:00 pm. It looks like they don't wanted us to dine in anyway because the guy with mop was rushing other customers too to leave. I don't understand why he wanted to close store early and rudely behaved with us and other customers. My kids were excited on Friday night to try strawberry frosty in store but the mop guy ruined it all with his negative attitude and made them upset. We finally left without ordering because kids wanted to dine in. I am sure manager at this store also won't be helpful and will be somewhat similiar to mop guy as atmosphere in store is so negative. I hope that someone from Wendy's Headquarter take action about this unacceptable behaviour towards customers. They come and pay for their food not beg it. Employees are just too lazy to clean tables and are not welcoming at all. -5 stars and worst experience ever in...

This has to have been the worst fast food place I've ever been to. Every time I go there something comes out wrong in my order. First I order a burger with no onion, no mayo... I get home and sure enough there's onion and mayo. Needless to say I was pretty mad so I ended up scraping the condiments off and the onion and putting my own condiments. We ended up giving them a second chance and sure enough there was something wrong again. This time they got the burger right... my husband made sure of that... but the chocolate milkshake they gave us was the most disgusting milkshake I had ever tasted. She did not mix the syrup in with the ice cream... it was all sitting on the bottom of the cup. So I mix it myself and she put WAY too much syrup. I'm talking I tried one sip and it burned on the way down, that's how much syrup was in it. So, again, I ended up using my own stuff at home to try to fix it. I poured it out into a glass... put more than a cup of milk in there, and then finally it was toned down enough to drink. I ended up with glorified chocolate milk. I will never go...

The food was okay, not hot, as we would like it. Also, they don't provide enough condiments, barbecue sauce, ketchup for your french fries, what is one ketchup compared to a large fry , ranch, sourcream for your baked potatoes ect... This isn't the first time I have experienced this with this location. Also, the chili was like soup once I got home, not enough beans or meat, and was Luke cold. Also, no hot chili sauce for my chili. I shouldn't have to ask for that it is to be given with the chili like all other Wendy's give out to their customers. Last time at this location they are too cheap. They don't own the location where they work there, making penny's so why they are so concerned about giving a decent portion of condiments for your food. I guess they give to...
