Never in my life I have been so upset over the way I was treated!! ESPECIALLY when asking to fix my order I had Just paid for!! I was charged for 2 sides of melted cheese dip, only received one .Yet i have gotten two cheese sides andva toasted 6" on my way home from work for 7-8 months now. The young man who slid my bag across the coubtertop said my number and walked away. Looked jbsuin the bag and saw 1 cheese side. I waited and waited and finally got his attention and told him there was a mistake...without saying anything he grabbed a long stack of cuosu literally get "sides" in...pickles, etc, that you don't want directly on ur main order. After attempting explain I have ordered this very thing (sadly) over 50 times ... he walked away... insane he continues to work in customer service!!! G AFTER this. I go to my car to pump my gas..open my CHEESE quesodilla and found it fully smothered w chic, veg and sauces ..so.....go back in..aaain...but .relieved a female is now up front...wow. was i wrong....whoever the younger brunette working a few nights ago around 10 pm. Was She's the absolute most "entitled" and RUDE person I've ever seen in a wawa... Or ANY place that resembles one... Literally ARGUING loud with me, about avacado, over and over ..YES! For the 100th tine, I wanted avacado.. on a CHEESE quesodilla. NOT CHICKEN!!!!!! OMG ITS UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! SHE LEGITIMATELY BELIEVED SHE WAS CORRECT...SO MUCH IN FACT, SHE LITERALLY TREATED ME LIKE..I.....WAS THE IDIOT.....SMH.. FINALLY..A young man (wearing A hairnet) interrupted .. Apologizing for his mistake with my food... He had to cut her off from CONTINUING to challenge me...3-5 times...
All I have to say, is be thankfut it was just me... lol.. someone/anyone else ....would not only have put her in her place... But much worse...
Btw. STILL had to go BACK in a THIRD TIME.. paid EXTRA for sour cream....

I'm typically against regulatory intrusion, as we all have choices, and this is no different. However, safely using the restroom should be fairly standard across the board. But, at Wawa, it's not. They have no actual paper towels in the restroom, or I'd use that to put around the handle and open the door, but they also don't have any other way for a customer to wash their hands and open the door than to use the electric dryer next to the door, and grab the nasty handle and pull it towards you to open it! If they're skimping on paper towels, in the name of doing their part to save the world, the least they could do was have the door open away from you, so you could use your foot or shoulder to push it open. Or they could, like other places do, have something on the bottom of the door that you could put your foot in and open the door. Not the best, but it works! But, no, they require you to grasp the nasty handle, tightly enough to pull it open, to exit the bathroom. It wouldn't be as disgusting if you knew everyone passing through was washing their hands, but you know they're not!!! Sorry, but it's disgusting, and this is an area I'd like to see the health department address, and establish minimum standards. Wawa, please- think about how disgustingly unsanitary this is, and do something about it. Thanks.

Read moreThere service is horrible. They gave me a sandwich with no hardly no tuna mostly spinach and tomatoes. So the night shift manager told me to come back and get a refund or they could remake it. (bryanna) night shift manager, told me when I got there she wasn’t giving me a refund and I had to accept the sandwich because she was happy with how the sandwich looked. I never asked for a refund I just asked for more tuna or a better sandwich. But instead she got rude and didn’t even give me back the sandwich until I asked because I didn’t want to go back and forth at 11 pm at night. To make a long story short I will not be giving them my money any more. This is the second time I had an issue. And I would not recommend anyone to go there just drive an extra three minutes up the road to the other Wawa in Central Park. Save yourself...
