Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Freeport

I am a delivery driver for this Pizza hut and I would like to respond to some of these false negative reviews of our company. Our dough and wings are prepped and checked for freshness several times during the day, so there is no way freshness can be a issue. Our ovens and deep fryers are on timers for cooking our products, so our food is always cooked and fresh. Our staff is monitored by upper management/management all day long making sure our hygene protocols and safety measures (hats,gloves, hand washing) are met, so the claim of staff not taking proper safety measures to assure the best quality food products for our customers is untrue Our customer CSR staff will never leave someone on hold for 20 minutes (or 7 minutes)! There are times our staff may be swamped with calls, but our management monitors are calls in person and via electronically. So claims of being on hold for a substantial amount of time is impossible. I have worked at Pizza Hut for almost 4 years now at several locations from Chicago to Wisconsin, this Pizza Hut in Freeport Illinois is the cleanest best run location I have worked for! To the manager working at this Pizza Hut location the evening of 3/31/22. Thank you for letting me know that you will be the manager on duty in the morning as well. I will be sure to find out who the store owner is and handle things that way. I certainly did not appreciate your attitude when I called and questioned getting a cold delivery and not the complimentary beverage I was told I would get. I gave you my address when I called back to find out why my order had not shown up yet. It's on you for thinking I was somebody else and gave me incorrect information. If you don't have the staff to offer proper delivery service, then do like the other businesses in town do and don't offer the service when they can't staff it properly. Wish I could give Zero stars! We ordered pizza and chicken wings tonight and the chicken was not cooked all the way and had to be thrown away and the pizza wasn’t either! The crust was still dough in the middle. We picked off the crust and ate the meat and cheese off it and now me and 2 kids have been up sick. My daughter has been in the restroom all night and it’s 2am now! From the time I ordered online to delivery was 10 minutes I should of known there was no way to prep, cook, and have it out for delivery in that amount of time.
