WNW Wash LLC — Local services in Freeport

This place is major substandard. You can never count on any part of it working correctly. I highly recommend not using their change machine as it frequently rips you off. I get coins from my bank and never use theirs. While its location is very convenient, its operation is very poor and the place is poorly taken care of. You can pretty much count on some aspect of the wash to not work right...IE no wax and especially the spot free is disgusting leaving more spots on your car than it came in with. You are better off to just use regular rinse and not spot free. Today was the limit though, the doors were closed, they have automatic sensors which usually open them. But not today, I even got out and pushed the open button which didn't work. So I guess today they were closed. It's amazing that in Freeport all 3 do it yourself car washes are pretty much sub standard. So today I drove up to Cedarville and use theirs which is perfect every time I go there. Been going to this car wash for years. Had a few minor hiccups, (out of wax ect.) always used the drive thru auto wash. about 3 weeks ago. I put $10.00 cash in and nothing happened. So i left a massage w/ call back #... NO REPLY ! after 5 days I call again, a lady answers and apologizes, says she will mail me a refund,( which I am still waiting to receive) .So i use it 3 days ago and there was no soap or wax. Don't even waste your time on this car wash. Almost every thing is broken. Can't get change back when you put the money to get change it keeps your money. There is not one person on call. I called the number that it says to call and it says it can't take a message because it's full. So I looked up this site and the number on here says it has been disconnected. What a joke.
