West Avenue Shopping Center — Local services in Freeport

I'm rating Joann's in this review thus it's a three. If I was rating the whole mall maybe not so but the last few times I have shopped at Joanne's I have been made to feel uncomfortable as a shopper. The employees don't go out of their way to be too friendly. Or helpful for that matter. Every time I go to check out at Joanne's in Freeport they never asked me about coupons it's like it's coming out of their own pockets to get them to let you use a coupon. I don't understand the thinking there as far as the coupons go. I will buy a bunch of different things and a few times I bought the scrapbook paper at $0.79 they always take that as my item for 40% off if that's the coupon. It's sad when I shopped as much as I have there to get 40% off of $0.79 piece of paper. What about the $20 candle or the eight $9 craft supply That's along in the cart It would be nice to maybe acknowledge customers a bit better and treat them better I don't know honestly how this place stays in business Yes they have nice things and I like to shop there because of the things they carry is that other stores don't in Freeport but I sure don't like the atmosphere or the tone of...
