Jamba — Restaurant in Fremont

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES!!!! The employees clearly do not care and have made my drink wrong multiple times. Most locations are super good about making drinks correctly but this one is not. The last time I asked for no strawberries and double asked when I got my drink and there were still strawberries in my drink. Thankfully I only had a small sip so my reaction was mild but I would never trust this location with allergens again. The employees don’t make your order ahead drink until after you show up and I’ve had my drink made wrong every time. I won’t be able to...

As I awaited my order I couldn’t help but notice how dirty this location was - the floor and the rugs all absolutely filthy

I was there Tuesday 6/20 about noonish - there were at least four people there “working” as I just watched I wondered if drinking my drink would be the wisest choice

People went from handling money to handling food, emerging from the back room stratching their hair… it was 🤢

The person that took my order and made my order seemed nice enough, but it was the general appearance of the facility and the uncleanliness of the other staff that generated feelings...

I merely asked for the sizes of the cups and was greeted with a poor attitude instead. Instead of explaining the sizes, she pointed at an unlabeled display of cups and looked off to the side without speaking a word. In my opinion I feel like treating customers like this is damaging to your corprate image. I was then stuck in the store waiting for them for 20 minutes to remember to make my friends order.

Smoothie was good though.

Good franchise, bad employee.
