Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Fremont

I ordered from this store online at 7:12pm. 45 minutes after I placed the order, I called to cancel my order, as there had been no updates. The person I talked to on the phone was extremely rude, didn't even ask my name, number or even what we ordered, then put me on hold, and just said it's canceled. I asked if they needed any of that information, and was told no and the call ended after saying they already had my number. I then left to get dinner somewhere else. 20 minutes after that call, they brought the order to my neighbors house who accepted the order, and then the store charged me for the food. We never received a call saying that the order was dropped off or the total refunded, which is unacceptable as they had already told me that they had my phone number as it was used to cancel my order. This appears malicious in intent, as 20 minutes should be enough notice to both not make the food, and or call back a delivery driver to not drop the order off. Best case scenario it shows that my order could have been made and delivered timely, but was not. We won't...

Place needs to hire people who actually greet the customer, a smile or no scowl would be a nice change of pace too. I had to repeat the simple toppings for the sandwich 3 times, and to no avail it was not right. I got it home and looked at my meager lettuce, two shreds of onion and no tomato. Good thing I had stuff at home to add so it wasn't just a plain meat mess. This is beyond pathetic for 10 bucks. I didn't even get a thank you out door even when I said it to them. Don't waste your money here, subway and firehouse here in town actually will say hi.

So ordered delivery this evening. I tipped literally 40% of my bill. He dropped it at the door and RAN OFF. No thank you, nothing. I will not be getting a 20 buck Sammie from you crooks with crappy...

Worst sandwich in the history of sandwiches. Went through the drive through and ordered a #7 with extra extra peppers. Not a single pepper on it!!! Barely had any lettuce, a couple tomatoes and a few cucumbers, all in all it was just bread. Never again will I go to fremonts JJ!!! And no, I do not want to come try another one.

Update: haven't been back since. Thought I would try it again and see if things were any different. Ordered my #7 with extra extra peppers. Should have checked before I pulled away from the window.
