This was the worst KFC experience I have ever had. To start off, the employee taking our order was extremely rude. We ordered our food and it was very cold except for the freshly microwaved mushy mac n cheese. The chicken was old and dried out which is disappointing because that's what's your restaurant is for. We did not receive our fries but an employee assured us that they would bring it to us as soon as they were done cooking. About 5 minutes goes by and I know the fries are done because I've worked in fast food. I walk up to the counter to get my fries and no one was in the back, not a soul in sight. So I go sit back down and about another 10 minutes goes by and I finally see an employee to ask for my fries. I then get cold fries because at this point they've probably should have been trashed but no that would be too simple. Overall all my food was cold and gross. The restaurant was dirty and the pop machine had sticky pop everywhere and the employees were extremely rude. All she does is yell at them when they're doing everything right, refuse to give MINORS a break and tries to make MINORS stay after their clock out time. She takes a break an hour into her shift then makes the MINORS wait a full 7 hours to take a break when they're working an 8 hour shift. She doesn't throw out expired chicken she just has the cooks smell the bags to see if they're starting to go bad yet. Many people have quit in less than a week if not a day because of her. If you're wondering why the customer service is so poor and why your wait times are so long, read the first sentence again. "I can do whatever I want, I'm the GM. What are they going to do, fire me? Read moreCame through drive thru ordered our food. We approached the window and paid. The rude guy on the window using Jeremy's computer. (His names on the receipt). Handed my wife the receipt , when she noticed that the order looked wrong.she tried politely to ask him about the order. He then slammed the window saying nothing then turned his back. He gave her the motion with his hands as to piss off.. This guy was very disrespectful and should not be dealing with customers.. I hope this message reaches the right person.
