On the 28th of September my mother went through here to get me a chicken quesadilla and a smoothie and when she got home there was no chicken on the quesadilla so I called to let them know and I was very polite as I know people make mistakes and I myself have worked fast food before as a manager they stated to bring my receipt and they would put me in their log book for a remake well as my mother went through there again for me today to pick up the remake and order more food the worker literally sat and argued with my mother stating someone already came and picked it up and my mother kept telling her I have the receipt how is that possible and continued to be so rude and then told my mother we will make it free this time… I usually don’t even do Google reviews but if people don’t speak up about people’s behavior nothing will be done about it because we were owed that food and she didn’t even think maybe it was a mistake on a workers end on why it got crossed out as it was a workers mistake why our food is being remade in the first place… you don’t treat people like that and accuse them of lying over some food I will never return to this specific tropical smoothie again just off this you don’t deserve...

I asked her kindly if she was willing to look at the box and she rolled her eyes and made me feel like she did not want my business whatsoever. Read moreI usually enjoy everything about this location however, today my smoothie was made incorrectly. It was missing the 2 add ons that I paid extra for. I order the same smoothie the same way every time I visit so I know what it taste like when there’s no peanut butter added. I was told I had to wait for video to be reviewed to make sure it was made wrong before it could be replaced and made correctly. As a customer, I’ve never been accused of lying and as a customer service professional I would never accuse my guest of lying to me about an incorrectly prepared order.
