Checkers — Restaurant in Monroe

We've been going there a while but recently on afternoon or nights it's been smashed burgers and everything's exploded in bags like they don't care. But tonight I usually don't complain but pissed me off that girl everytime it's always like this I've noticed. But we just ordered two pies and 3 ice cream cones she didn't ask if we wanted anything else but she said sorry the ice creams runny and handed our two in cups but my sons wasn't in a cup she proceeded along. But not even a second my sons ice cream turns runny like a slushie and falls we pulled over to the building next to checkers my 9 year old covered trucks a damn mess. Never again would not recommend going there they don't care about how the food is it looks a mess in there 9 times outta ten. Not even that busy I've worked mcdonalds for 7 years I get slacking off but this is poor quality and poor service. Guess they just hire anybody and run with it. Ridiculous. The night before our burgers were a mess and a hole in my chicken sandwich didn't say NOTHING didn't complain. But THIS...it's just ice cream should've told us before we paid or offered something else stead of laughing it off. My kids a mess trucks all sticky. Yall wouldn't have liked it if I came back with it...you don't like your job and rather be outside then go...

Best fast food establishment in the area! Unique items, great regular prices and even better special deals/coupons, and the food is always fresh. Easy to understand menu/meal structure, which facilitates trying new items and not just ordering the same thing every time.

Contrary to what some reviewers have said; you can do walk-up ordering in the very front of the store! They have a standing menu and little window right up there for you. They have two drive-through lanes, one "driver-side" and one "passenger-side".....if you're not alone, you can go through the "passenger-side" and almost always not have to wait, and you also help keep the regular line smaller :)

VIP TIP: Keep the receipt, take the online survey, and you get a "Buy any large drink, get any sandwich free" coupon. If you buy a standard fountain drink, and then order one of the more expensive sandwiches, you get a giant drink and a premium sandwich for like $2 with tax. You cannot beat that! At Checkers, a medium drink is the same as a large most other places, so getting a large at checkers...

I ordered two of the Pick 2 and I had the fish sandwich and the cheeseburger the fish sandwich bun was burnt I asked for no tartar I received tartar. I did call the store and I asked for the manager who's was Naomi. I advised her of the issue with the sandwich and there was no apology, she referred me to door dash, I advised her that door dash did not prepare my food the restuarant did. She was so busy being rude and abrasive she wasnt listening to me, advising me that I could only make one complaint either with the restuarant or with door dash and again she never apologized about the issues with the sandwich, she did advise that she could remake the sandwich,but I would have to come to pick it up. I mentioned that she may want to pull the lettuce because it was so wilted and brown. I felt as the customer she should have been more apologetic and less rude. I was so upset I hope this is acknowledged by her district manager or the owner. She meaning Naomi as a suggestion may need to attend managerial and customer service classes and learn more soft...
