Wendy's — Restaurant in Frenchtown Charter Township

The manager at this place is amazing! I ordered off of the app for delivery, which sent it to the wendy's on Monroe st. They totally messed up my order & I called this place by mistake. She said if they can't fix it call her back, the one on Monroe st in Monroe told me if I can't come in to pick up my order then I'm outta luck. I contacted door dash, they couldn't refund the money, because I paid in the wendy's app. So I called this wendy's back, I don't know what I expected, but I didn't expect what I got. She personally fresh made the food for my children & had a crew member deliver it to me, because I'm injured and unable to drive. She was such a blessing & I can't thank her enough. It wasn't her problem to fix, but she went above& beyon to fix it. She even sent frosty's for their dessert, if only she knew what that meant to me. They've made a loyal customer outta me, I will never go to another wendy's, ...

I went through the drive thru. There were about 5 cars ahead of me. It took quite awhile to get to order. The car in front of me parked off to the side. When I got to the window to pay I noticed there were four cars parked off to the side as well. I was left at the window for more then twelve minutes without being acknowledged. Someone could of greeted me and explained what was going on but no. I finally got my food. Does no good to get 😠. It doesn't help the situation. It's not the workers fault that no one wants to work. They did the best they could and were closing early. I still will go there but not a half hour before they close and so many cars in line. I didn't know they were closing at nine till I got to the screen to order. They had a piece of paper taped next to the screen stating they were closing...

We walked to the staff washing the floor with a water hose. We thought they were closing, not a good scene. The young man at the counter told us they were open. They seemed a little distracted by something. He took one order, walked away, and started talking to other staff members while the rest of us waited for someone to take our order. Another young man, I guess the manager, noticed us standing there and came to take our order. I'm not sure what was going on with the evening shift or the McDonalds in the area. We left one prior because one employee made it clear that he seemed to be the only one working.
