I hardly come to Carl's Jr due to the price increases. But every so often I will treat myself to it. Jezabel took my order last week and gave great service. She asked all the typical questions when I was ordering. This week I came back and had her attend me again with not the greatest service like last time. I asked for the selected burger and a different fry choice instead of regular fries. Assuming she was going to ask if I wanted a combo meal as usually ask when ordering. She said burger and fries. I replied with I wanted a combo. She scoffed and said it's easier if you guys would let us know that in the beginning. I got upset when she responded that way. I've never worked at a fast food restaurant, but I believe that questions of the order are to be asked by the workers taking the order to give good quality of service. I also wasn't asked if I was eating in or take out. So my food came in a bag instead of a tray. Very disappointed. She did great last week, but this week Jezabel disappointed me with her attitude. I ordered myself a hand breaded chicken sandwich from here and when I got back home to eat it, it was the saddest piece of chicken I seen.. The chicken itself looked overdue! Almost looked like they recooked it, at that, overcooked with burnt edges so I went back to get a new one. Yet again got home ready to eat this “new chicken sandwich” and when I took my first bite all I could taste was that it was covered in hot oil and it was super greasy! It’s suppose to be juicy from the chicken meat itself not the oil! I kept eating not thinking anything of it and found that the chicken wasn’t cooked throughly and when I bit into it, it had somewhat of a chewy texture and I know that is NOT how chicken should be if it’s cooked all the way!!
