I'm not one to give bad reviews but there were alot of problems with our visit. It took forever for the bar tender to show up and it was so loud he couldn't hear us. The menu app wasnt working so the bar tender took our order personally the food took forever to get to us so I whent to buy chips to play some games while my mom waits for our food. I want sure how many chips to buy so I looked at the game behind me and it was 8.8 chips which was alot for that type of game. I asked a worker what they thought would be the best amout of chips and she said the games go anywhere from 8.8 to 20 I dont understand why they dont go by whole numbers. She told me I had to get a new card at the front but no one was there. So I went to the bar and he said he can put it on my tab I told him I wanted $45 but he gave me $25 which is a big difference in chip loss if I were to just add another $25. So I asked for the manager to fix it and it took forever for him to get here. When he finaly came he had no idea what he was doing. I barely got to play any games with that amount of chips. Finally out food came and I was really gross they also got my fries wrong so I asked for them to send me the truffles fries like I ordered and that took another really long time to get. The only thing good to eat was the truffle fries. It was a good 2 hours for use to get things fixed. I went to play the big bass wheel and the 2 on the right went working the farthest ones lever wasnt working and there a count down so I missed out on that one. The one next to it gave 2 tickets less than what you won. I signed up for rewards on the app but this morning I still dont have my chips I played on my level up par and none of the challenges are active even though I definitely should have completed some of them. I tryed looking for a answer for why there not coming up but I cant find anything. Absolutely avoid this place at all cost! Every time i go to this place it’s the worst experience than any other place I’ve ever been! First time they gave our food to the wrong table and had the nerve to look at my sister and i and say “um sorry we gave the food to the wrong table are you sure you didn’t eat the food? Let us verify with your server and the kitchen” our table had no food, plates or silverware! So we got up and left. Second time i went took my daughter they have the game card purchase area and dining seating separate from each other, so essentially you buy a game card then find out there’s a 3 hour wait for a table! I asked for my money back and the manger told me no! He said by time were done playing games there might be a table available. So i wasted 50 bucks just to turn around and walk out. Since we had the game card we went back a third time. Third times a charm right? Wrong! We find a booth i ask the bartender to have it cleaned off he says yes just to turn around and start taking drink orders. We wait around for five min and i ask the servers after some push back they clean it off. 15 min go back no damn server comes over to our booth! I had to stop someone who sends some blue haired rude woman to drop off menus. Finally we place an order simple and i mean simple appetizers over 30 mins and nothing finally stopped our server who kept eyeing the table but never coming to check in, i ask where the heck the food is he rudely responded oh I’ll check the kitchen. Line was out the door when we came in manager asked if I was eating then proceeded to tell me to grab a seat server will be with you..A server came as soon as we showed up to take our drink order then disappeared for 35 minutes. Finally came back for the actually food order. Took our order and by that time I needed another drink. Food showed up before the next drink order did. Waitress said she was waiting on them to pour it all the while three people are standing in the bar gossiping. Absolutely terrible service. After another server dropped our food she came back to ask if I was ready to pay. I agreed and told her I wanted to purchase a game card she asked how many and and then brought the card reader to my table. After I left my tip then I asked her how did I get my 15 dollars in free play she said oh I was supposed to enter your phone number but no worries they will be on your card next time. Well that was a complete scam and I am not sure if I will ever return. I am sure the waitress could see the aggregation on my face and low and behold I saw her very busy after I paid and pass my table about 20x after the fact. I use to visit dB all the time in Ontario when they first opened and it was quite the experience. Not sure what happen to the Fresno location but the service is very sad. I used to be in the restaurant business for many years number 1 no no don't let your customers leave feeling like you just ripped them off. You just lost 100 customers by one review and one server who didn't take the time to take care of her customer. 🙄 That's annoying...
