Denny's — Restaurant in Fresno

Best part about this experience was the two drunk guys who sat down at the table next to mine. One was getting ready to go on a plane to move to North carolina, and they were talking about how many bars they visited and what he was going to do when he got there (go fishing) and how he was going to have more alcohol on the plane LOL I really tried not to eavesdrop but they were just talking so loud, and like I said they were nice and respectful and everything. The food was adequate, typical Denny's fare, but the waitress couldn't be bothered with the two tables. He asked for a glass of water and she didn't bring it to him. He ended up having to ask the manager, who had come over to help her. I had finished my glass of water, sat it on the edge of the table, and one time as she walked past I even slurped the water loudly from the cup. But she was gone before I could ask for more water. I was sat there for over an hour total, and I think I saw her one time every 10 to 15 minutes. Only once did she actually come up and asked me how I was doing. I mentioned it to the manager when she refilled my water also. And I left a 10-cent tip. Just had another terrible experience at this location. We waited for 31 minutes AFTER placing our food order and all we had on our table was beverages. Not even our appetizer. What a joke.

There was literally one table with guests when we walked in which leaves me wondering why our service was less than desirable. We ordered an appetizer and our 3 plates. All food was brought out at the same time, roughly 20-25 minutes after we ordered. My order was incorrect and taken back to the kitchen. Another 15 minutes goes by before the correct meal was brought out and all the while our table was left unattended. No refills. No sauces.

Manager did not even offer a discount for the terrible service or my 35-40 minute wait for food.

We will not return to this location, even so it is less than 2 miles away. We will travel for Dennys...

I haven't left any bad review on any of the restaurants that i have gone to. But this is the exception, our server was the reason why. We got at 9:48 and got seated respectfully by our Host. Roughly 5 to 10 minutes pass and our server comes and take one out of our four ordera, because we weren't ready to order. Then leaves to go get the order ready. 25 mins go by and our host sees that we dont have any food and asks us if they have taken our order kindly, which we responded to no. He takes out order 10 minutes late our server comes with our food, and i notice that one if the orders were wrong so I respectfully tried to tell him that he had a wrong plate. When i started speaking he rudely shut me up and said that he wasn't finished giving us our food. After that our server did attend our host basically did his job. Which i respect.
