The cashier lady doesn’t understand English and blamed me for her mistakes. I told her over the phone that I wanted the #90 rice plate. She said yes. I had to triple confirm her to make sure it’s the rice plate and she got me a pho #90 instead. When I confronted her about the wrong order she told me I was wrong and that she was not willing to refund or replace it even though she made the mistake herself. She also made a big scene trying to comfort me and as you know, I was pretty nice about it since the food was for my husband on Father’s Day. As she charged me for the rice plate, she then tries to comfort and apologize to me multiple times as if I made a big deal about it in front of everybody. The next couple of days I came in and saw a sign explaining about this issue like seriously, they need to work on their customer service and understanding English. Not to be rude about it, but there is a language barrier and orders needs to be taken correctly or the menu needs to be fix. Overall, their foods are pretty good but there is a lot of homeless around there especially when the pho place is next to the smoke shop. I constantly get asked for change probably...
Read moreWe will never return to Pho 90 again. The tall old lady with short hair is rude and has zero customer service skills. My wife called in to order a #34 (kid's pho) for our 4 year-old son. Without explanation, this lady just says "no small to go" and hangs up on my wife. I know this because I was sitting next to my wife when she called in the order. The lady didn't give my wife a chance to get clarification or order something else. When I arrived to the restaurant to ask about our order, the lady said she told my wife no small orders to go and that it was my wife who didnt say anything afterwards. I told the lady I was there when my wife called and that she just hung up on her. The lady then said she hung up because she had another customer waiting. So heads up: if you're going to call in an order make sure you talk fast before they hang up on you to "help" another customer. SMH. Also, her reason for not allowing small orders to go is because they don't have small containers. She said they only do X-large pho orders to go. I had to go into the restaurant to find this out. She couldn't tell us this over phone. SMH. Will never...
Read moreI love this place and eat here often. By far, they serve the best pho in town (my own opinion). There are reasons why I feel the pho served here is great: 1. extremely beautiful, delicious, clear broth, 2. very generous meat, vegetable and noodle servings, 3. tendon and tripe melt like butter, 4. clean, distinct taste, 5. consistency in quality, flavor, and portions. The pho here is seriously good and will be especially appealing to those who prefer a less-colorful broth. What is amazing about their pho is that an enormous amount of flavor is packed into such a pale broth. I love how clean this restaurant is, and the employees are so straight-forward, yet inviting. It can get a like pricey at times, but the overall experience is worth every penny. The boba drinks are awesome too; I suggest the coconut with mung bean, soursop, and avocado. All varieties of boba drinks offered are great and true to their flavor. Once again, I...
