They are so unprofessional! And they have roaches so be aware!! So I went in to purchase 2 asada tacos and 1 al pastor ! I was told I have to purchase 3 of the same meats , I can’t have a combination . So I changed my order to 3 asada tacos and one al pastor. I was told if I order an al pastor taco I have to order 2 more additional Al pastor taco’s because I couldn’t have a combination plate. Their reasoning on why I couldn’t have a combination of asada and al pastor is because they prepare their meat in the morning and if they make different type of tacos , it would take too much time. I asked “well wouldn’t it be smarter and convenient to portion the meat based by a serving for one taco , that way people can order what’s on the menu” none of them could answer my question and the owner walked out on my conversation. On top of that A DAMN ROACH DECIDED TO WALK OUT ON THE COUNTER TO JOIN OUR CONVERSATION! 🤮🤮🤮🤮 I don’t even have roaches in my house. I paid $11.98 for my tacos but I had to ask for a refund . When I asked for a refund I was given $8.98 back and I had to still CORRECT the cashier and ask for my additional $3 back. , I never went to a taco restaurant where I couldn’t order different tacos . I was always able to order 2 asada and 1 al pastor, that’s my things . When I simply asked for their reasoning on why I couldn’t order a combination of different tacos , THEY COULD NOT EXPLAIN THEMSELVES CORRECTLY . It just doesn’t make sense . If they prepare their meat in the morning and when a customer orders for a combination of different tacos, shouldn’t they portion and cook their meat correctly? It just seems like a better option instead of telling customers that have to order 3 tacos of the same meat??? they don’t really want to put their customers first and they are lazy . On top of that they need to get that roach problem fixed because that was nasty 🤮 the roach was spotted on the counter right by the cash register, so if you stay long enough you may spot one . Read moreOne star for the average lemongrass chicken. The tripa taco was rubbery and tasted uncooked. Sent it back. The AL pastor taco did not taste fresh like it was made today. It was still better than the tripa but that tripa was awful! I hope the chefs pay attention to their food and improve the food. I was excited to try this place and it let me down big time. Good luck and hopefully the dishes you go try turns out better than mine did.
Aug 28th To the owners response: I know what tripa is. I've had it many times and it's always cooked. Yours was rubbery and still had some slime in it. I'm dissapounted that you would expect me to pay for something not fully cooked and slimy. I hope this will be improved before you serve this again. I still wish you luck in your business.

If it was personal taste, I would not have wanted to pay for the AL pastor taco either. Your waitress and your place did not even offer to replace it or give me a solution. When it first came out I even asked the waitress why it was so rubbery and slimy, she then responded that it was fried and she didn't know why. I gave it a try and it was slimy. So if course I will not pay for something like that. I am glad it was made correctly for your other customer and they didn't have to deal with this. Read moreI usually can say there food and Customer Service is good but after this evening not very happy with their Customer Service or there food. I ordered noodles with beef, when I got home, they gave me pork instead of beef. I called and I was told by the employee-Carson that I can bring the food back and they will look into it. I told him, how about I take a photo of it, if you can text me I will send the photo. He states ok I will text you, I waited about 10 minutes I call back and he stated they got a busy....I do understand restaurants get busy but don't tell your customers you"re going to do something and then don't. Then Carson tells me that the chef remembers my order and it was beef. When they make the beef and noodle plate, the beef is minced. So, basically the owner/chef called me a liar.
