Came to this location today and ordered with the mobile app and part at spot number four. My payment was received, and I was notified on the app that my food would take 2-5 minutes. 18 minutes a worker came to my car with another person's order. She caught that immediately. I was told to "hang on." If I Did not have my grandson (baby) with me I would have got out and waited in the lobby with put too much worry. But it was raining. He was also very hungry and fussy and crying. So After 18 minutes had passed, I drove to the drive through and explained that. I haven't waiting a long time without any communication about my order. I also explained my concern as the app was telling me to enjoy my food as if I had already picked it up so obviously they cleared the order so it shows their delivery time is better than what it really is. I was told "i'm sorry I was really busy." Of course, I understand. However, I paid for this order 20 minutes prior to me speaking to someone at the speaker in the drive-through. I was told that the order was just prepared and it would be hot. I pulled forward to the window. The food was fresh as promised. However, I was not provided the happy meal I ordered and paid for. I also was not provided the sauces for the mcnuggets that I ordered. So there I have to wait even longer for them to prepare the happy meal that was clearly on the receipt and the sticker that was on the bag. When I asked for my 3 spaces that were also on the sticker and receipt, I had to literally explain that I ordered 3 just to get 3 sauces. At this point I became very irritated and stated "you know, After waiting 30 minutes and the order was missing an enter meal, you would think that it wouldn't be a problem to throw in a couple extra sauces". At that time, the worker shut the window on me, and as I continued to speak. I was hoping that she would turn around. So I can address this poor customer service. She would not look at me, and I left. Because I had a hungry baby in the car. And I had hungry older children at the house.
This was my final straw with poor customer service. There's no reason for me to put my money to support a corporation. That doesn't value the customer.
I was just satisfied with the big mac's as well. pictures below. I'm just curious how if this is how they are always made, because it doesn't look like the photo...
Read moreWhile I was waiting to have my order brought out to the car I observed the way they treated the homeless in the neighborhood. I'm not naive. I realize I'm not seeing everything that's involved here, but in this situation I really don't need to. They were out of line in their treatment of the homeless. Edit addition: I was at this McDonald's yesterday. I seriously don't know why I've chosen to give these horrible people more of my money. This was DEFINITELY the last time, and if I ever see this kind of b.s. at another McDonald's I WILL NEVER VISIT THEM AGAIN. There was a man there who was having vehicle trouble. He was homeless, and had everything he owned in the world in his truck. I spoke with him. He was waiting for a friend to show up and give him a jump start. I watched as he left to use the rest room, (Mc Donald won't let you use theirs without buying something) while he was gone the management took the opportunity to have him towed. Definitely NOT something this man could afford. When he returned 15-20 min later, he found his friend waiting with jumped cables, but no truck, or possessions. He had not so much as a blanket to keep him warm that night, and temperatures have been getting down to near freezing. Inexcusable behavior, if you ask me. Especially when he went inside to inquire what had happened and where his truck was. The crew lied, claiming they didn't know anything other than the security company had it towed. Couldn't even give the man security 's phone number. Instead, they gave him the corporate McDonald's number. These are bad, bad, BAD, people. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS, IF THE SYSTEM WOULD ALLOW IT, BUT 1 IS THE LOWEST...
Read moreMy friend and I go to this location from time to time for lunch. It wasn’t until today where I had a real complaint about the workers.. they couldn’t even do simple math! After I ordered, the food was about $20, I handed the cashier a $50 bill without realizing I had a $20 bill and told her “wait I didn’t want to break that bill.” Since she already had got my change which was $30, I just gave her that $20 on top with my change to get my $50 bill back. $30 plus $20 is $50.. right. She called a guy over and asked if she could do this, he said he didn’t know and called over a manager, I didn’t catch her name. She argued with me for over 10-15 minutes! Saying that I’m stealing and didn’t pay for my order. After I explained to her more than 10 times that the $30 was my change, meaning that I DID pay for my order, all I did was give an extra $20 so I can get my $50 bill back. She forgot to give my friend her large drink that I PAID for, accused me of stealing, refusing to give our order saying that until I pay, she won’t give it. Maam.. how did I not pay when you just counted out my change and handed it to me?? How can you call yourself manager and not know how to deescalate a situation, know simple math, or just plain out be professional? Every-time I explained it to her, she told me “I know you get it, but I don’t.” Then when she finally gave me my $50 she made a comment saying “okayy.. we’re gonna see” lol then when my friend went back for her drink, she claimed that her drawer is now short and won’t serve us...
