Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Fresno

I was quite surprised! It was my first time going there, I got the 4 pc chicken strips, fries, toasted bread, and slaw meal. $13.99 + tx The quality of the food, great, my chicken strips were tender, juicy, and fresh, nicely seasoned, you'll have to try it to know how good they really are, they did not disappoint I loved the toasted bread, good flavor, and nicely seasoned and toasted just right, toasty on the Outside soft and fresh on the inside their fries pretty good too, in comparison to my other, favorite fries, the coleslaw was ok, though it was fresh and crispy they need a new recipe as it was a little bland, The gurl that took my order was fantastic she alone deserves 5☆'s for her impeccable service she told me all of my options, while I was trying to figure out whick meal I wanted, she even said Icoil have more freies or bread instead of the slaw, oh and the dipping sauce for the nummy chwhen I told her that water was coming out the Hi-C fountain machine she was on it quickly. (My overall impression), though, I went late evening, the inside wasnt busy but the drive- thru was, so I'd say I had a pretty good experience especially for it being my 1rst time I'll definitely go back and would refer friends and family to the location on East Kings Canyon rd Freso Calif. I was definitely disappointed coming here through drive-thru tonight. I ordered 2 combos and the lady couldn't hear me which I had to repeat a few times my order on top of repeating my name. She told me my total was $25, she took the order down and then said to go to window #2, she proceeds to say my name and tells me a different price, $27, so I asked her was that the tax? But she didn't say anything back except smiled and gave me my receipt and food. As I drove off and looked at my receipt, I realized she actually charged me someone else's order (becus I actually did hear that other person's order next to me)... & That's why it was $27... usually, I don't care about some change, but just the lack of care really disappointed me tonight. I went back to drive thru window to let her know she overcharged me, and she admitted she did and, of course, got the manager to override the difference back to my card. The 3 chicken tenders were tiny... the sandwich wasn't great either. It had a small wilted lettuce! So this would be a great reason why I will never come...

My daughter and I decided after our workout at the gym we would go to Cane's for the first time and get a bite to eat. We've heard that Cane's was kind of mediocre at best. So we decided to try it for ourselves now we are hooked! To us the food is good with or without the Cane's sauce. The canes sauce is really good on its own lol. We have eaten there twice so far. The first time we tried the food we had the chicken fingers with french fries and the Texas toast and the second time we tried the chicken finger sandwich and both of the meals were really good and now we are going to keep coming back!
