Let me start by saying that Marco's has excellent pizza, cheezey bread, wings, etc...
When they first opened their prices were quite reasonable.
Unfortunately, like everybody else in the food industry they established a good customer bases and then raised their prices.
2 XL Pizza's & Cheezy Bread is almost $56.
"THAT IS COMPLETELY OUTRAGEOUS"
Yes, their food is good but not for $56.
I am going back to Pizza Hut where I have options on what I want on my pizza and I don't get charged extra.
IN ADDITION: Their customer service leaves something to be desired.
AMENDMENT: I decided to give Marco's Pizza one more chance during the Memorial Day weekend. What a huge disaster!!! The price for 2 XL Pizza's, Cheesy Bread, Buffalo Wings, etc... was over $80. Marco's pricing is totally insane.
It is pizza not a Steak & Lobster dinner. (Which would have definitely tasted better and been worth the price.)
On top of the pricing, the pizza tasted absolutely terrible and everything else tasted bland. I thought if it was reheated the next day it would taste better. GROSS - I THREW EVERYTHING IN THE TRASH. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. $$$ I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO MARCO'S PIZZA & I WILL CERTAINLY NEVER RECOMMEND...
Read moreI called to check on my order that I received an email confirmation 25 mins prior that it was on the way. The lady that answered the phone asked me " how can I help you?". I simply said calmly and said that I ordered pizza over an hour ago, and it has been out for delivery for over 25 minutes. She told me that she did not appreciate my attitude, rudeness, and I need to calm down. She also stated that I was the 3rd delivery out of 4, and it will be there soon. I said ok and then again tried to tell her that I am not upset or rude, just wondering where my food was, and I was sorry that their power went out even though I live behind the store, and my power was good. 1 hour and 45 mins later I received my food and its was cold, and I did not get everything that I paid for. This is not the first time that not all my food was received, with no refund or remake, but this is the last time I will ever eat at this location. The lady that is the night manager should be fired for her rudeness and lake of people skills and willingness to do her job. I feel like communication is an issue .I don't mind to much if the restaurant is busy .I know this is commonAll I ask is to be informed that I'll need to wait 20 min for a delivery thru doordash so as a doordash delivery driver I can inform my customer so I don't get blamed.The manager was working so fast and hard that I didn't really get to solve the problem. And I do realize now I should complain to doordash for sticking me with bad ratings when the merchant is busy that's an error on there part.my apologizes to the manager. Next time please communicate the delay to the doordash drivers. Other than that I've never seen a manager make so many pizzas that fast .Its tuff for us doordash drivers out here.
