Upon seeing Andy's Frozen Custard for the first time today, I was immediately drawn in by the old-timey look and design of the establishment. It is very reminiscent of a vintage ice cream parlor with a modern twist! They were advertising a free 1-topping sundae today (no strings attached!) so I pulled into the drive-thru line. To speed things up, a friendly staff member came to my car with a tablet and took my order do that it would be ready by the time I got to the order window. Just a few moments later, I was enjoying the most delicious, creamy frozen custard sundae! With so many toppings, ingredients and options to choose from, Andy's is sure to please everyone! I had a tasty frozen custard sundae with creme caramel and cheesecake cubes! If you aren't a fan of the drive-thru, there are several walk-up order windows where you can place your order. There are even benches outside so that you can take a break while enjoying your dessert. The staff members were incredibly friendly and truly know how to make you feel welcome during your visit. They are also very helpful if it is your first vidit, and they are patient while you try to decide from all the tasty options! Andy's Frozen Custard is definitely one of my new favorite places and I can't wait to visit again!

First time trying Frozen custard ice cream. It's worth trying and tasting. Had a amazing texture and taste. I have always seen the busy drive-thru, but mostly would pass thinking custard would have a eggy taste, but I was so so wrong. The triple chocolate concrete was beyond amazing and tasty. I loved it so much. The drive-thru is always busy, but it kept moving. It hardly take not more than 10 minutes. There was a person who takes your order in prior, then you reach the delivery counter to pick your order. While reaching the delivery counter, be sure to hand over your card first or they will not hand you over what you ordered, I am not sure if that was done on purpose it was really strange as I never been treated so indifferently elsewhere. Finally, the rating part For taste, obviously it is 5 stars, for location it is 5 stars, for service it is surely 2 stars. May be the delivery counter person hopefully didn't do it on purpose.

I noticed the drive through would always be queued so one day I decided to join the line to see what was up. Yes! Delicious. Get their concretes! Rich and flavorful, you will really enjoy your purchase. My personal favorites are the Boot Daddy and Jackhammer. You could try their other offerings or make your own. Check out their specials (like the Texas Two Step) as you may find a perfect combo for your taste buds. If first time, go with the small! (The small is pretty large). I feel Andy's is just at the right price point for non-standard ice cream type dessert. There are a lot of overpriced similar businesses being set up around the area. Andy's is my favorite. Although I always do drive-through, there is (limited outdoor) seating. When the queue gets long, they send an employee to take your order in advance. If you're in the area, you must try it out!

Long story short, I had to return my ice cream because it was contaminated with either spoiled strawberry or rotten cheese cake. There was something about my ice cream that was contaminated, because when I took a bite of it, it left the most disgusting taste in my mouth to the point where I had to spit it out and wipe my tongue off I took the ice cream back after no one answered the phone when I called to the location when I got up there, I asked for a manager as I was driving up to the drive-through. The young lady didn’t want to go get the manager even though she walked in and told the manager that I was requesting for one, so I ended up going through the drive-through when I get to the drive-through I don’t know if it was a manager I was speaking to or not, but they young lady who came to the window I told her I want a refund I explain what happened, so she proceeds to give me a refund and tells me that the money will just go back to my card. I told her I paid in cash, so she had already threw the receipt away that I gave back to her and then asked me what time did I come? And I said isn’t the time on the receipt so she starts digging for the receipt that she threw away and I guess she couldn’t find it because the change that she gave me back was incorrect and then after she gave me my change she simply slammed the window as she walked away. Not once Did she apologize for my experience not once did she ask me if I wanted anything else which I would’ve said no because I don’t trust this establishment after this, and not once did she offer to give me any type of credit or compensation to come back on another day which again I would have declined, however, it’s the principle. It’s the fact that these restaurants have these young kids working, and they could care less about the service, why she slammed the door I don’t know maybe because of my melanin aside from that they don’t have to worry about me because I won’t be back. I’m gonna stick with Dairy Queen...

I can't give it one star because they're normally really great and the product is fantastic as always, but I can't rate it higher after today's visit where I was probably discriminated against for being Hispanic? Maybe? I'm trying to figure it out what it may have been that instantly offended them so much once I pulled up but that's all I have to work with. Maybe I'm just ugly, haha. One look at me and the woman in the drive thru gave me what I assumed was the ugliest face she could. I offer her the code the Andy's app gave me and rather than punch it in she made an even nastier face at me and walked off. Older guy working there I presume was management wouldn't even speak to me, not even a hello, and I never got those points for my purchase in my app.

Ice cream was great and "service" was quick so I can't complain too much but it was a very weird, awkward, and uncomfortable experience all around. Kinda spoiled the mood. Don't believe I'll be returning as long as those two are working there. Maybe I should just come later at night like I usually do instead of the middle of the day.

All in all, as long as you don't have Mexican blood you should be able to reliably get great deserts at great speed and fair prices. 4 or 5 stars. 2 stars if your family comes from south...
