I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service and food I received at this location during the night shift under Manager Martin. This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had at any Whataburger, and it is now clear to me why so many people report poor service from this location.
My order was stolen by the first Uber driver. When I called multiple times and spoke to Manager Martin for help, instead of handling the situation professionally, he was dismissive, aggressive, and told me to “call Uber” as if it were not his concern. I explained this had never happened to me before, but he provided no solutions or reassurance. The Manager Martin kept saying, “Anything else? Anything else?” in a sarcastic, laughing tone. This behavior is unacceptable and completely disrespectful.
After I had reached out to uber, my order was resent, it took nearly 45 minutes to prepare. During this time, the replacement driver was forced to wait almost 35 minutes. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, wrong, and poorly prepared—the drink was incorrect, items were missing, and the gravy was actually burnt.
To make matters worse, I know once my name appeared again after the first order that was taken by the uber driver, and I complained , the staff clearly recognized it and handled the situation in an even less professional manner and poorly.
The combination of poor customer service, long delays, cold and incorrect food, and outright disrespect from the manager makes it clear that this location has serious issues. I now understand why so many customers have complained about it before.

We ordered the Avocado Bacon Chicken Club, when we got home there was no avocado or bacon. The receipt was correct because we ordered via the app, they just made their own menu item incorrectly.
Original review :I love Whataburger, but this location does not live up to their standards. They consistently get our drive-thru orders wrong. During our most recent visit, they forgot to put the jalapenos on the burgers we ordered them on. Our food was cold when we got it. I greeted the employee at the window but they didn't return the courtesy - just stuck their hand out the window expectantly. Should I pull around next time and stick my wrong order through the window? Hah! They also forgot to make us drinks until they were handing us our food.
I haven't been to this location in a few years due to numerous bad experiences. They would forget to give us dipping sauce with chicken. Forget ketchup. I'm talking non-customized orders, just stuff straight off the menu, not being made correctly. The real crime though was when I ordered a Buffalo Ranch Chicken Strip sandwich and they forgot to put the buffalo and the ranch on it - I was given a couple of dry chicken strips on a dry bun. Read moreNot only is this the slowest Whataburger I’ve ever been to in my life, I would go so far as to say this is the slowest fast food place I’ve ever been in my life. Similarly to many people, I think waiting 40+ min in line at a drive through is unacceptable. This is a consistent thing with this location, especially at night, so make sure you have about an hour to waste to wait to even order your food. Obviously this location just doesn’t care because there have been multiple reviews mentioning the same problem and nothing has changed in over a year. It’s really sad that a place that so many Texans love can’t provide better service. Not only that, but it seems they refuse to improve and are complacent with far below average service. I’ve witnessed employees with AirPods in standing around, employees talking while ignoring customers, and several other instances of extremely poor customer service. I would recommend finding another Whataburger location because this one has reached the bottom of the barrel. Such a shame since it used to actually be good. I think the only thing that will light a fire under this location is that people stop showing up at night and they lose out on money and even then, I think they simply just don’t care.
