I visit sprouts store situated here, so getting groceries is handy and fits into my routine. They keep plenty of varieties of vegetables and fruits, along with availability of different forms of diary products such as A2 milk, Almond milk, oats milk, goats milk. There is a dedicated meat section as well, one can get marinated chicken, different beef / steak cuts. I have tried their bakery as well, usually garlic bread is my go to, also a kind of sprouted bread such as Ezekiel is available. There are different kinds of vitamins and minerals, proteins, nutritional / power drinks...

Sprouts it's a super market and you can find healthy food there, so if you are info fitness and keto and healthy life go and do your groceries here, the only thing? It's kinda pricey, but if you put the things in a balance, what do you prefer, healthy life or full body with chemicals and processed food? Check labels and check the ingredients. If you can't pronunciate that word then I'm pretty sure that is not good...
