Ordered a $50 apple crumble cheesecake 2 weeks ago for my husband’s birthday today and prepaid. When I went in to pick it up today at the agreed upon time, I was told by the two employees there that the owner did not make my cake. They said they don’t know the recipes because the owner keeps them secret so they couldn’t even throw one together. They tried to get a hold of the owner over the phone for about half an hour, but the owner never answered. Annie’s on Coit in Frisco is a gem! Super cool vibe—laid back, cozy, and the perfect spot to treat yourself to dessert and a coffee. The desserts were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. It’s clear they put a lot of care into what they serve.

The only downside? The plastic silverware. For a place serving such high-quality desserts, it really takes away from the experience. Dine-in customers should be offered real utensils to fully enjoy the amazing flavors and textures.

We had the tiramisu croffle, the crème brûlée cheesecake, watermelon green tea and a chocolate brownie. Everything was delicious but my favorite was the croffle, it was absolutely delicious, fresh, and the whip cream is heavenly. The chocolate brownie is super decadent and rich. Amazing taste.
