We will be staying away from this place forever, and we recommend you do the same.

We came on Saturday and placed our order at 10:21. The store was full, but there was only one guy working. There were already 7 customers waiting for their orders while we ordered. We ordered two bowls. We did not anticipate that we would have to wait over a half hour and weren't told as much. We won't come back here when there's other options around the same quality and price point less than fifteen minutes away --- we would've saved time driving the extra 15 minutes. At around 10:50, when there were 9 customers waiting in the lobby, two additional workers showed up in the back. Still, nothing came out. I'm not sure why they wouldn't have been helping with the backorders.

We finally received our order at 11:02. No apologies, not a word to any of us who were waiting.

Yes, it took over 30 minutes to receive bowls. Owners: check your cameras. Yes, it really took that long. Yes, there really were over 12 people waiting in the lobby at one point with not a single bowl served. Yes, there were three people in the back "working."

I had a truly awful experience at this establishment. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was extremely poor. The staff were not only unhelpful but outright disrespectful. There was no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy. It felt like we were bothering them just by placing an order.

We ordered a bun kebab, hoping for a decent meal, but what we got was far from acceptable. First of all, the food was clearly not fresh— It gave the impression that it had been sitting out for far too long. To make matters worse, we witnessed a serious hygiene violation: the employee who prepared our food cut the bun kebab in half with bare hands, wearing no gloves whatsoever. This was not only shocking but incredibly unhygienic.

Cleanliness should be a basic standard for any food establishment, and this place failed miserably. The overall environment looked dirty and poorly maintained. Given the lack of cleanliness, unprofessional behavior, and subpar food quality, I honestly cannot recommend this place to anyone.

There are plenty of better, cleaner, and more respectful places to eat—this just isn’t one of them. Think twice before going here if you care about food safety and...

We live about 30 minutes from the store and decided to place a small catering order to be picked up in a few days. I wanted to ensure the store had enough time to prepare and I get my order without issue. Drove to the store to pick up the order and drove back. When I got home, I realized the order for cholay was only half full. I called the store thinking I wanted to let them know I was not happy. I was sure calling the store would not do anything, but I called anyways. I spoke with Ali – he listened and apologized and asked me to text him my address so he could bring me extra cholay. I was not expecting this as all other stores barely acknowledge their mistake and never offer to bring the remaining order. To my surprise, Ali showed up at my door with extra cholay in hand.

Talk about customer service. I told Ali I was thinking about writing a negative review, but his service had turned this into an amazing experience. I promised to give him an honest review as his service saved the day.
