Went there this morning. Pre-ordered on the app. Ordered a medium vanilla bean coolatta with whipped cream. Lady hands me an iced coffee with whipped cream. I told her the drink wasn’t correct. She told me she’d make it over but that a coolatta isn’t a frozen drink. I told her yes it is it’s literally under frozen drinks. She comes back with the same drink but now frozen. I tasted the drink and it had coffee. I told her it still wasn’t correct. She took the drink back with an attitude and told me I have to pull out of the drive through to the side. I did. Then after waiting a while she proceeds to bring me another frozen drink with whipped cream but now has no taste. It literally taste like frozen ice. Read moreHopeless place. First of they made my coffee too milky. Meaning they added way too much creamer to it. I tasted it , it didn't feel like coffee to me it tasted like milk to me. I Politely went and asked can pls add some coffee to it..it's way too milky in taste, First of all , the buy who was at the counter turned his back against me when he saw me walking towards the counter.
Second of all, he made me repeat same request almost 2 times, he acted dumb !! Then he said you already drank the coffee I said I didn't drink , I just tasted it.
Third one more lady who served ice cream for my kids came and asked same question again. I got so pissed repeating myself again and again like a beggar !!
Just because, they put more creamer in my coffee Whose fault was it ???

Read moreI visited your location in the morning and had a very disappointing experience. The place was severely understaffed, with only two employees managing everything. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes without anyone greeting or acknowledging me. After that, manager simply told me to use the kiosk without offering any assistance.
I waited an additional 10 minutes trying to place my order through the kiosk, only to find out that it didn’t allow any customization for the sandwich I wanted. At that point, I had no choice but to leave without ordering.
It’s frustrating to deal with such indifference, especially in the morning. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the staffing and customer...
