I came in with what was allegedly sold to me as a natural Zultanite for a very affordable price.

This was my first time authenticating a gemstone and was worried about being misled or misinformed (so I had prepped and researched before going in).

Howard is incredibly knowledgeable and certified beyond - he informed me about the processes step-by-step and was incredibly patient. He is incredibly honest and direct + with a good sense of humor.

He earnestly cares about his clients and wants everyone to get a fair price on any lab or natural diamond. Will definitely be coming back soon already any sort of custom work appraisal or any of my gemstone needs...
