Pretty decent. I’ve only gone to Fruitealicious once, but I think I can still review it. Alright, so I was walking into the place. Like usual, whenever you’d walk into a public place. No drive threw, of course. The place seemed a little bit more bigger than the last place I went to for boba. The place was empty as to what I saw. I didn’t get to see the whole place because I was only ordering. I wasn’t going to drink my boba there. Yes, I came for bubble tea. I knew exactly what I was going to order. At that time, I only had bubble tea once and have never gone there before. So, don’t judge me. I didn’t know THAT much about bubble tea. I decided that I was gonna get a mango bubble tea there. I ordered. They told me the bubble tea choices were the following: milk tea, smoothies, etc. I thought that I had got a milk tea last time. Last time, it was more simpler. I just told them I wanted a strawberry boba with tapioca in it. But this time, no. I told them milk tea. I made that mistake. I drunk it, and it was okay. I told them a mango milk tea. I was confused there for a second. You can’t do flavored milk teas? I thought it would have been better. I got pretty disappointed. Then, I remembered that I had gotten the fruit bubble tea last time. I knew I had wasted my money, but I really wanted to buy the mango boba. So, I came inside again. I ordered. They didn’t have fruit bobas. They never told me that though, either? I guess they didn’t have “fruit” bobas there. This was before I knew they didn’t have fruit bobas. I told them a mango fruit boba. They said, “Kind of like a smoothie?” Like fruit. Kind of like a fruit bubble tea. That was basic enough, right? Yep. They finished the order. They showed me it. It looked really good. They said, “is this what you mean?” Yeah, sort of. “You can taste it to see if you like it,” what they said. What I liked about that is they allowed me to taste it. I liked it! So, I got it. Decent. Although, tasted like a smoothie, but I do like smoothies anyway. Yeah. A bit my fault back there on the order, wasted money. It’s fine, though. I learned. I should be more clear when...

I absolutely love Fruitalicious and have been a loyal customer since the days at Stonebriar. It’s always been one of my favorite places, not just because of the amazing drinks and snacks, but because of the personal relationships built with the wonderful employees. I love walking in and being greeted by name or having someone readily available to help with my order and even suggest new things to try.
That being said, the new front kiosk has really changed the atmosphere — and not for the better. It takes away the personal interaction that made Fruitalicious feel so special. Instead of speeding things up, the kiosk often slows down the line, especially when customers encounter errors or need assistance. It’s also not very user-friendly for those who are visually impaired or less tech-savvy.
I truly believe the kiosk takes away from the warm, welcoming experience that Fruitalicious was known for. I miss the days of real conversations with the staff, building connections, and getting customized help with my orders.
Overall, I LOVE Fruitalicious — that hasn’t changed. I just hope the atmosphere can go back to the way it used to be: personal, friendly, and...
