Everytime I come here, it's always fresh and hot. Fast service and they never fail to be kind, :). I'd rather drive far for better service than go to that McDonald's off of 423, Eldorado. Aka in little elm. To be honest that McDonald's can't even COMPARE to this establishment. I HIGHLY recommend you come here. I live right by there but I stopped going there because it was just awful. So I'd rather drive farther for better quality and service. The people here are actually nice :) and you'll get your money worth.
Just wanna say shout out to the guy in drive-thru I've seen before. You're doing awesome and ik the fast-food industry isn't easy, since I'm currently working in it aswell. But you still give it your best and I appreciate you.
Shout out to the kitchen staff aswell for preparing fresh food daily! I also know working in the kitchen and preparing orders and such a fast rate isn't easy either. Back of house and front of house work very well together. Great job to you both

I waited over 20 minutes for a simple order consisting of one cheeseburger and five chicken filets. That kind of delay might be expected at a busy sit-down restaurant, but at a fast-food establishment? Completely inexcusable.
What made the experience worse was the total absence of customer service. Not once did any staff member acknowledge the excessive wait, apologize, or even so much as look in my direction. The lack of basic courtesy and accountability was astounding.
This wasn’t just a one-person failure — it’s a clear systemic issue. From the front-line crew to the management team, and even the district manager, it’s apparent that this location is in desperate need of comprehensive customer service training. There was no sense of urgency, no communication, and certainly no regard for the customer’s time.
Until major changes are made, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. It reflects poorly on the McDonald’s brand, and I sincerely hope corporate leadership...
Read moreToday 6/10/25 around 10:59 ish, I ordered my food online not thinking anything of it. I come up to the speaker and the screens are on and everything, then they switch off and i'm saying "hello". Then finally a young lady comes over the speaker and says "we're closed" And i said "well I just ordered my food online" she says "oh". Then after that i proceeded to pull up to the second window, i see her in the back just staring at me. All I simply wanted was a refund on my food and she didn't even offer that at the speaker. It took me to pull around and talk to this older lady that helped me and was very sweet and considerate about the whole situation. Also the girl at the speaker says we close @11 when online it says 12! But anyways the way she acted...
