Nordstrom Ebar Artisan Coffee — Restaurant in Frisco

Update: not only is the rude "barista" Austin still working here. The drinks are horrible. Not mixed well, and too strong. Not sweet at all. Idk what happened to Nordstroms standards, but this is pathetic at this point. Fire Austin already or can you not hire anyone else.

I really thought this through, and I believe it's very much justified to write this review. My wife and I were looking forward to a great day of shopping at Nordstrom and the rest of the mall. Little did I know that I'd have such and awful experience at their ebar that day. We go in at approximately 12:30 P.m. on 9/3/23 to place our order and a greet the "barista" and I honestly got the most uncomfortable reception I've gotten in a really long time. But for my wife it was very different which left me with one and only conclusion as to why I was treated in such a way for absolutely no reason, not once but twice.Being that we go to a high end store to support them quite often, you'd expect to not be treated this way. I'm sure that Nordstrom is unaware of such behavior, but I am very happy to discuss this matter...

This one's my favorite coffee shop it's right outside of Nordstrom's and part of Nordstrom's inside Stonebriar Mall. It has a good variety of coffee I like the dark mocha but the plus about this coffee shop is the drip coffee is unlimited refills. Not all the employees here will inform you of that but there was a really nice lady I wish I could remember her name but she let me know one day and ever since now my hubby goes and gets the refills when...

The service was terrible with two of the young ladies working. They did not want to wait on me at all. They place my latte on counter and didn't call my name staff was rude. Highly disappointed with Nordstroms and their service. This was my first time visiting their Cafe side. I'll stick with Coffee and Wine at The Shops at...
