I work in the mall and always come here during my lunch breaks for to go orders. Every single time a waitress has told me to sit INSIDE to wait for my order. Today a waitress named Mickey told me to take a seat inside the restaurant at an empty seat. Shortly after another waitress named Priscilla approached me telling me that if Iām waiting for my order I need to wait outside the restaurant.. I explained that I was told to sit here and have always waited in this seat during lunch to wait and never been an issue before. She continued to argue with me telling me I need to wait outside. I honestly felt like I was being kicked out as if I wasnāt as much as a customer as anyone else in there⦠mind you the restaurant was dead inside with only a few people and there were over 20 tables free for people to sit down. After 10 mins Priscilla comes out with my food and sets it down on a counter away from me inside the restaurant WHERE I WAS ORIGINALLY SITTING and came over to me to ask for payment. I provided my card and she went back to the same counter she set the food down and set MY CARD on the counter and told me I need to walk over there to get my items from the counter and walked away. I literally asked her āwhy arenāt you wanting to hand me MY food and MY CARDā she proceeded to tell me ā ITS NOTHING PERSONALā if it wasnāt personal why are you pointing that out??? Completely unprofessional response and so rude. what was the point of kicking me out of the restaurant and telling me I need to come get my items as if Iām a dog ??? I spoke with the manager and he explained that yes she is supposed to bring me my food and items out to me. She completely ruined eating there for me and as a manager who works in the mall, Im truly grossed out by the lack of service she provides and will use this as an example on how NOT to treat customers. I canāt even think about ever treating...

The Crab, Mango, Avocado Arugula Salad was the BEST salad, perfectly balanced with salt, pepper, Light & acidic vinaigrette, with the sweetness of the mango, fresh delicate crab, & smooth avocado; it was served with delightful slices of perfectly oil crusted baguette! (I will come back often for this!;) Next was the Lobster Mac N cheese to please! Perfectly flavored with 4 cheese blend, roasted peppers and huge delicate chunks of fresh Lobster...Panko crusted and served with arugula greens. (2nd favorite-in my opinion it was a little watery, I prefer more creamy and silky mac n cheese) 3rd order and least favorite was the Lamb Ragu. Ground lamb, lentils and chickpeas with gnocchi sour cream and EVOO...I would NOT recommend this dish! It lacked everything that makes your taste buds go wild! No salt or spice, no acid, not enough flavorful fresh herbs...the gnocchi was crusted and hard making it taste like a fingerling potato. The lamb, lentils and chickpeas needed to be soaked in a seasoned salty brine to bring out some flavor otherwise it tasted completely bland and offered nothing special to the flavoring of the dish. They also ran out of naan but I got the toasted baguettes that I do love!

Meanwhile had to flag down the manager, who was the ONLY one hustling the from table to table, to finally take our order! 2 personal pizzas took 25mins when we thought we'd be in and out:( Both pizzas, Margherita for 1 and Pepperoni/Mushroom for the other, were actually very tasty and the reason this place gets atleast 1 star! Had to flag down busing staff cleaning tables to get us tea refills and again to get us a box to go because as mentioned, the waitress NVR returned! Once again had to flag the scurrying manager over to ask the check and was so disappointed about the ridiculous lack of service we failed to see we were charged for FOUR teas at $3.75 a piece!!!!! WOW!!! We simply politely described our experience with the manager and said if he could ONLY train the wait staff to hustle as much as he did, it would provide a MUCH better customer experience, and perhaps provide him a break! We haven't been here since last Christmas and now we know why:( Def do NOT recommend dine in, but if you don't mind waiting forever, a pickup could be the only option as the small kitchen simply can't keep up atleast...
