Subway — Restaurant in Frisco

Subway sandwiches are always fresh and made to order, no matter which Subway you visit. However, I would not return to this Subway because the staff were not friendly at all. Not a single smile behind the masks - in fact, I found them to be rude as I caught them rolling their eyes when they looked at each other while we placed our orders. The boy was quite short with customers (he literally finished my sandwich and put it by the register then walked off to the back without a word and the woman very begrudgingly accommodated a request to substitute salami for the pepperoni on one of the specialty sandwiches and to give me the side of dressing the boy neglected to include in my bag. We had to repeat requests for items and it just seemed as if they were really being put upon to prepare the sandwiches. Also, when we asked about a bogo deal we saw online, he impatiently snapped that they don't participate in the Subway online coupons/discounts at their store.... There are far too many Subways available to visit to return to one with such miserable atmosphere. Went to this subway last night to grab a bite to eat while shopping . And this dude that was working there named Justice was already closing the store at 9:30pm... I told him we wanted a sandwich and he made this face like he didn’t want to help. I realized he was already pretty much closing , then people started coming up wanting food as well and he told people he’s closed ... I looked up at the time on the website because to me it didn’t make sense a subway closing at that time . Specially Walmart subway . I told him . “ Don’t you close at 10pm.? “ and he says . “ yes “ ... & I told him. “ then why are you telling people you’re closed now !? It’s only 9:35pm. “ he said because he is cleaning ... He was very rude in every way. I told him I’m gonna speak w the manager and he said well look it up & you can call them whenever. He seemed so care less & disrespectful . Worst customer service. I’ll definitely be calling the manager....

I ordered a #20 which is chicken and bacon ranch 6inch. My bacon was NOT COOKED. I thought when I asked for my sandwich to be toasted the bacon was already cooked, NOT. My chicken tasted gross. The chicken was chopped up like it was tuna. Don't know how old it was but it was not fresh. Since I like my health after the second bite, I stop eating and try to get my money back. I was told to come back tomorrow to see the manager. Now I have to go back on my day off and ask for my money back. SMH what is fresh??? Well went no manager and was told they don't know when the manager would come in. Also the roasted chicken is served as pulled chicken which throws off the whole sandwich.
