Little Elm Lucky foot is a bit messy and cluttered (area leading to bathroom, front entrance, front desk, employee room near bathroom). Regardless of the aforementioned, I decided to give little Elm Lucky Foot the benefit of the doubt. Massage areas are comprised of private rooms with massage bed, 1 chair, night stand, clock. Employees request you to take off clothing including top undergarments (you can keep your bottom undergarments on) which I felt was extremely odd since I’ve received an amazing massage from L Z Foot Spa & Massage in Frisco with all clothing on. The massage lotion smells like buttered popcorn per my husband. Pillows appeared WORN as though they’ve been used for years or could’ve used a wash/nice pillow cover although it held its shape. 45 min body massage is $55 and 20% gratuity is mandatory. The masseuse was kind and gentle (almost too gentle- I lift weights and run regularly so require a bit of force). In my opinion, Little Elm Lucky foot could use a refreshing scrub/cleaning, de-cluttering, & some light to brighten up the space (after you clean & de-clutter of course). Note: The floor to ceiling cardboard boxes near the bathroom can be broken down (so they don’t hold their shape) & compactly stored. Due to the ambiance, I will not be returning however, thank you for...
Read morePlease do not come here! Really bad experience. My friend and I came here for a 60 min $35 reflexology session that was listed on their website. When we arrived we were told that the website was old and the prices were $20 higher. We should have left then, but felt obligated because we had appointments. When we got in to the room to start, one of the employees told us to take off all our clothes! What? I’ve never had reflexology naked. We left our pants and bras on which the employees were visibly annoyed with. Then our feet were plunged in very hot water, a super hard/ half hearted massage where the employees left repeatedly during the session for a few minutes...left us shaking our heads. The best part was at the end when my tip was denied and they pointed to a 20% gratuity small sign and shoved my receipt at me. It ended up being more that double a normal reflexology session and was AWFUL! Save your money and dignity. There are plenty of other places around the area to go to. This establishment really needs to learn honesty in advertising, customer service and...
Read moreThis was my first time getting a massage here at this place and it was a not a great experience. At first the lady that was massaging me asked me a question that I didn’t understand. I just replied with “yes please give me massage.” Literally she got on the table and was walking on my back with both of her feet. It hurt real bad and she messed up my lower back. I kindly asked her to please step off my back and she did. The massage technique was alright but I couldn’t stay still because of how much pain my back was in. After the massage I go to pay and give the lady a small tip and the front desk lady said “You pay 20%. You pay $85. I guess I had no choice since you already have to pay %20 gratuity. If you’re going to get a body massage here make sure to not have the lady step...
